      As a single, retired, woman from the US that does not speak japanese, this facility was great. Clean rooms and bath and friendly, helpful staff. The location was close to the train/bus station which made sightseeing very easy. Staff was helpful on every aspect.. bus...More

      Hi Yilin, We visited Tour Club at Kyoto last Oct15. We had pleasant stayed there without any bedbug. By the way, we are in Janpanese type nonsmoking for 4 of us. Hope this help. Cheers!

      We stayed in a Japanese style private room and it had it's own bathroom with (small) tub and shower.
