We were not expecting much from this hotel. We cycled here from Kyoto. When we checked in, we asked where to park our bicycles. The lady told us there was no place to park bit to use the public place across the road. We locked our bikes there. When we went back a few hours later tires on both bikes... More

We landed straight after a hectic and long flight, Osaka was our first destination in Japan, we were 2 adults and 2 kids, for us the room was very cramped(Just like all hotels in Japan). you hardly had place to stand. Once you kept your suitcase, you had to be on the Bed. Being on the high floor we felt... More

Small hotel well located with a spa. We booked a room with a double bed for the new year. But they gave a room with 2single bed. And they did not accept to transfer us once a double bed room was available. The worst is that this room was very dirty (lot of dust on the floor paper socks under... More

Honestly some folk want 5 star for 2 star prices!...this hotel was a good cheap ideally located (subway awasa less than 2min walk). Bed was usual for Asian beds. Bathroom adequate and a good shower. Breakfast was yummy. Staff friendly and helpful although language barriers could present a problem. This is probably due to it being a locals hotel. The... More

I booked this hotel because it says onsen hotel. It was very cheap around 5000Y/night but was surprise to know that no bathroom in my room, only toilet. Besides, the onsen time for women is very limited. We have to wait late at night for our time and in the morning we have to wake up early before men occupy... More

I came to Osaka for congress and I chose this hotel for its affordable price and near the subway station Azawa. The room was small and nothing was special in it. Fortunately the breakfast was good and delicious. I really enjoyed having breakfast in this hotel.

When we arrived, they wanted from us to pay at that moment, even they couldn't let us to our room. We offered them 4 different kinds of credit and debit cards, but couldn't proceed the operation, so we had to find a bank or ATM and pay in cash. The hotel itself is looks old and unmaintained, the stuff at... More

Spent the night here and was given a room (1004) that had bed bugs. When complained at the front desk, staff on duty was adamant that it's clean. I wouldn't recommend the place and even though there's a public bath in the basement, one with tattoos is forbidden to enter. So it's pointless. Hotel is old. Mattress has all sunk... More
