great location, everything is within walking distance from here, enjoyed the futon style of bed they provided, a hinge of japan made my trip wonderful! friendly staffs, allowed me to check into the room before checkin time. A bit pricey though for what they are providing, but overall a great experience! =)

It is quiet difficult to find it as there is no sign showing the name of the ryokan in English as specified in booking.com. The toilet is the old Japanese squatting toilet. You cannot get wifi in your room. The sink is very small and the bathroom looks eerie. However, the staff is very friendly but can only utter a...

I arrived with an internet reservation, and stayed more than five minutes only because I thought I would have been charged anyway. This place smells like thirty years of cigar and cigarette smoke have seeped into every crevice. The owner and employees are very nice, though they only speak Japanese. And it is very quiet, as almost nobody stays there....
