I arrived at the hostel at night after 7pm. I had booked a bed in a mixed room not knowing that the mixed room was in the fifth floor and the access to the room was through an outdoor stairs ( from the fourth to fifth floor) and I am afraid of heights and could not make it. The staff...

The location is near Dotonburi Street and Kuromon Marketplace. Hard to find at first because at night the lampsign was off. We asked local people on the way, and surprisingly nobody knows where is it. We took off from JR Namba, and quite a walk around 10-15mins to reach there. Theres nearer station to get there but its not covered...

Booked a family room online. Upon arrival was informed the family room with bathroom was available for only 1 night and they had arranged the 4 person dorm with shared bathroom just for the 3 of us for the next night. We had arrived earlier than the checkin time and asked if we could leave our bags until the correct...

We stays this hostal 3 nights for Osaka marathon. The location is nearby 道頓堀 and easy to get to the main streets. It is also quiet and clean. The double bed room is small, no TV and fridge. Staffs are all friendly and willing to help us. In short, this Is a basic hostal with decent price.

My honest opinion,it is central to the main strip, restaurants, shopping etc.The place was easy to find. The cleaner spoke very good english and assisted me with all the questions. The Wifi was fast. The dorm was on the top floor and on the last floor level, had steep stairs. The room was small with air condition and only 1...

We stayed in for 3 nights in a double room. The place itself isn't as easy to find out, but once you get it, it's fine and very central. Just be aware of its location (I wasn't) it's on a street full of brothels so quite seedy area, it is however, 2m away from Dotonbori Street. It's not an dangerous...

I've stayed at the 6 dorm room. The room was at the rooftop, and the hostel didn't have elevator. It was the only dorm room from the hostel, and i thought it was a storage room converted to a dorm because at the 4th floor we took a small ladder to the top of the building to reached our room....

This is not so much a hostel as it is a hotel with the attic transformed into a dorm. So dont expect hostel atmosphere. Its also in kinda a dodgy location with rent by the hour hotels and some sex shops surrounding it. I didnt come across any troubles staying here but cant say I'd recommend it.

Just to let people know the guest house has now closed. I booked the guest house through Hostel World and they informed me that it went bankrupt just before I was due to leave. I was worried of course about finding somewhere in a short amount of time but Hostel World were fantastic and arranged for me to stay in...
