When arriving to arrival gate of KIX, you are just at same floor as the buses: minus 4. (if you want to go by tren, you need take elevator to minus 2 flloor, cross an esplanade until the train station: maybe 4 min walk).
If you choose bus, go out at arrival floor and outside, you will see all bus stop with destination: kyoto, osaka, kobe etc..,
At each bus stop, there are 1 or 2 old men who are helping to load the luggage. They will show you how to use the wending machine to buy the ticket.
Better cash: the wending gives return money: you can use all bank notes. Trip cost approx. 1.000-1.500 jpy ( do not remember exactly)
