We stayed at the RNI for 3 nights. We were travelling as a group of 7 and booked a double room (for hubby and myself). At first we thought it was extremely small but compared to other places ie Best Western Tokyo it is a better than average size. I would still suggest upgrading to larger room or twin if...

The bearings and skates stayed in the Rihga Royal in late June 2016 and we were very glad we did. Our travel requirements are simple. This isn't a travelers hotel as much as a business hotel (I assume) and the accommodations are therefore mixed and serve for both. There's a convenience store downstairs. A 7-11 around the corner. A very...

A typical, basic Japanese hotel, there wasn't much space inside the room. They made it up however by making up the room every day, maintaining cleanliness and providing courteous service with English Speaking receptionists who made efforts to help me with my Japanese ! The hotel location nonetheless is very convenient - just a minute walk to Higobashi station. Its...

The hotel location is very convenient, just 1-min walk to Higobashi station (1 station from Umeda area). Besides, there are 2 convenience stores downstairs where you can buy your late-night snack/ breakfast there. There are also nice eateries nearby. However, there was not much space inside the room, and the huge (with the size of a 20~22-inch suitcase) but useless...

The rooms are very clean and well equipped. Towels, pillow cases and bed sheets are changed every day. Staff speaks English and they have ready maps to guide you around Osaka...

I have stayed here about 3-4 times over the years. It is always the same. The rooms are typical, basic Japanese hotel rooms. They are comfortable. The breakfast in the lobby is also pretty good. The hotel is in a convenient location and the staff are very courteous and helpful.

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our trip in Japan. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment that we arrived until we departed. The room itself was small but more than adequate, and certainly not uncomfortable for two travelers with luggage. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom adequate. It is less than...

Room is pretty small, pretty headache if you carry a big luggage. One thing is the wifi signal is very lousy, cant even load a facebook video, would be fine if you just...

We stayed 4 nights in May 2016 and would highly recommend this Hotel. A new build, however, our room was even smaller than the Hotel we stayed in Tokyo. A full service Hotel were they made up the room every day and it was clean, modern and really acceptable. Location was brilliant about 10 minutes walk from Osaka central station...

This hotel was perfect. It is a bit far from the station but facilemnt accessible by subway. The neighborhood is very quiet. The staff is welcoming. The rooms and toilets were very clean. The room is small but very comfortable.
