I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is average in terms of room but what made me rate is the friendliness of staff and the convenience of location. I literally just used this room to just sleep. Staff are really helpful and friendly. They speak and understand English. They also have the discount card for the Nagasaki Ropeway ride....

Excellent location, walking distance to Chinatown, restaurants, entertainment, etc. Slightly dated but very clean rooms. Healthy and delicious breakfast with lots of variety, a cut above the typical business hotel menu.

I stayed here a couple of times over the last year and this review is not based on a single stay. Arriving in Nagasaki is easy, either by flying direct to Nagasaki airport or getting there by bus or train. Even if few taxidrivers speak little bordering to no english everybody is more than willing to help and everybody knows...

The hotel is near the China town and supermarket, so it's quite convenient. There is smoking smell in the room. My sister said the toilet is small and she felt uncomfortable when sitting on it.(Though I think it's okay)

Hotel staff refused to allow the tour bus to drop the luggage for all passengers in front of the hotel and this almost caused our driver and their manager to come to blows. Hotel staff were confused and they had pre planned room allocations on our behalf despite having given our group to arrange the right rooms for all tour...

This hotel is very well located and is close to many good restaurants and public transport. However The rooms are nothing special, the elevator is very small and we had some trouble with our key getting in the room. The room it self was quite small but served it's purpose.

This hotel has definitely seen better days and is now showing it's age. The rooms are of course clean (being Japan) but do look quite worn down. They are surprisingly large for Japan and are well appointed with a flat screen TV and free wi-fi. Of some concern however was a very strong and somewhat unpleasant odor in the (non-smoking)...

Good hotel in the middle of central Nagasaki next to the street cars (tram) stop that will take you anywhere in the city. Hotel is located close to the shopping arcade and China town. All with good restaurants. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help me with tickets for Hashima Island and directions to...

“The first room I checked into (#714) was noisy due to an A/C unit outside. Even with the window closed it would have affected a good night's sleep. I requested a change (which was promptly and pleasantly done to room #711). As such try and avoid room numbers ending in ~13/14/15 as they too will all be subject to the A/C's noise.”
