Two of us have just spent 3 nights at The Royale Chulan in a club room and we thought it was very good. We had a very comfortable room with a huge bathroom, large rainhead shower that was powerful; perfect! Large bath and separate toilet with great towels and toiletries. We had requested a room with a balcony and that's...

I did enjoy my stay here. Premier room is huge. We got pool access. The pool is also huge. The location is within walking distance to Pavilion Mall and Bukit Bintang area, where you can find anything from the lower to expensive price. Price is cheaper than Jakarta as well. I love their breakfast too. They have huge selection, although...

After a late flight I was quite tired and when I finally reached the hotel to check-in I was greeted by a rather phlegmatic reception desk person. While already feeling exhausted, his attitude didn't really make me feel welcome to this place in the middle of the night. A drunken British person leaning over the front desk to use their...

If you are coming from Pavillion, just proceed to the KLCC-Bukit Bintang Walkway. Go over to the other side and go down the elevator. Turn right and cross a small road. You will see Hakka Restaurant. Proceed to walk toward Pullman hotel which is on the left. From here, it is just a 2 minutes walk to Royale Chulan. Located...

This is a great 5* hotel. The location is in the upper class area of KL near shopping malls, cafes and restaurants. About a 15 minutes walk to KLCC metro station which us also where the KLCC mall is and the petronas twin towers. Room was beautiful, servise was flawless. Definitely recommend this over the other 5* hotels in the...

Stayed for 3 nights in Feb 2017 at The Royale Chulan, Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is showing its age but admittedly well maintained and clean. Its room rates are competitively priced and the overall service we experienced was satisfactory. Buffet breakfast was lacking in quality although the variety was wide. The big drawback is the amount of construction work going...

We stayed here for just one night (thank goodness) The rooms are spacious but in desperate need of updating. The room was filthy, spilt coffee still on the table so hadn't even been wiped. Thick dust on every shelf and the carpet hadn't even been hoovered. We reported this to reception but received very little interest other then thank you...

This Hotel is well situated for all amenities yet relatively quiet which is not easy in KL. Cavanous rooms, well furnished, with good bathrooms. The public lobby and rooms are excellent. Breakfast is an extensive buffet mainly eastern menu. Pool area is fine except that hotel brochure shows plenty of shade umbrellas for sunbathing when in fact only 7 remain:...
