I visited Kuala Lumpur for 2 days with my family of 9 members and chose to stay in this hotel..!! We booked this hotel through Trivago and got a really nice deal for 3 *3 bedrooms. It has been a really nice experience to stay at this hotel though the rooms wasn't really that big but it was very clean... More

It was cheap. We were given a connecting room since we're a family of 4. It was nice but it could be nicer if certain renovations are to be made. There is free breakfast which is good and simple. Nothing fancy but I loved it.

Hotel staffs are very friendly and fast Respond. The surrounding location is nice, there are many restaurant, chinese, indisch, arabisch, seafood resto, many 24 mini market. Breakfast is available every morning and tastes nice! :) And the best of the best is, the room price is very low, and the WiFi is good!

Room is small for two people. Suitable for one person actually. Noisy whole day. Hard to sleep for afternoon nap. Outside window there was big fight for foreigner couple. The lady shouted until can't sleep! Morning breakfast not nice. Why there's no local worker at F&B?All foreigners only

Literally walked into a nightmare. This place was small, smelly, dark and damp. The staff were horrible and not friendly at all. The lift was small and didn't fit two people with two luggage bags comfortably. We finally got to the room which meant we had to walk past a water feature that was broken and leaking. When we opened... More

There's budget then there's this. Damp bedsheets, toilet seat doesn't fit the toilet. Wet toilet tissue in our room and when I asked for more they "ran out", very rude staff. Paper thin walls to the room and mould on the bathroom ceiling. The cleaner thinks it's ok to Hoover outside our room at 7:30am everyday banging the Hoover head... More
