Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I had a room on the backside. Clean rooms, nice employees, fair price, BUT expect loud Music from the neighbouring Zionista Nightclub. The hotel is not far away from the "Bukit Bintang" metro station.

It's a nice place at the very heart of KL. 2 minutes from Jalan Alor. Staff was helpful even though we arrived very late, almost at midnight on Chrismas eve and we had also to check out late, so they kept our luggage. Nikki also provided us with some anti-mosquito devices. Yet, the furniture is quite old, the wardrobe was about to fall on us every time we opened it. We stayed for three days and the second afternoon and night there was no water supply until well after midnight. I understand it is not the hotel's fault. Yet it was not very pleasant. For all the rest - thank you guy!

The location of the guesthouse is very convenient to explore the city and there are lots of great restaurants nearby. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The most memorable part of our stay was the hospitality of the staff - they were genuinely friendly, warm and very helpful with all our sightseeing plans. On our last night in Kuala Lumpur we marveled at the city from Heli Lounge, thanks to the great suggestion of Niki. We enjoyed chatting with Niki and Sue and wish them every success in all aspects of life! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Perfect location for a busy night life only 1 street away. Loads of bars & restaurants within 2 minute walk. China town 5 min walk. Petronas towers around 20-25 min walk. Rooms are clean & basic but good value for money with good air con. Only issue was the toilet had a faulty cistern which meant there was a constant sound of running water the whole time we were there. Staff made no attempt to make any conversation or help with directions. It seemed like they didn't want to be there.

We stayed here for 2 nights and the location is great for the evenings, near the bars and both local and tourist restaurants. On the down side the staff were a little disinterested and could have been more welcoming and helpful, especially when it came to lugging heavy rucksack into our room...... They were generally lounging around on the sofas in reception. Don't let this put you off it's great if you want a clean cheap central place to lay your head.

It's a basic room with on-suite. There is no lift but there is only 2 floors. Breakfast is of cereal, toast and coffee or tea, it's adequate for me. There is a microwave if you want to have more food. The guesthouse felt secure. The main gate , inner door and your room is electronically operated. It's very convenient for shops etc. And the monorail and MRT stations are so close. There is no need to catch a GRAB to get to kl Sentral, where the bus or train to KLIA starts.

Room Tip: Rooms are quieter away from the breakfast area. I was surprised how early people get up.

Stayed at 2 different rooms and both are nice and clean. Strategic location and very quiet (away from the noisy alor street). Short walking distance to the big shopping complexes like LOT10, Timesquare and Sungei Wang Plaza.

We had a room for 4 for 3 nights. Room size not big, meant for 3, but adequate for 4 with extra matress on floor. We paid RM468 for room, which was reasonable although not the cheapest around. Staff Nikki, Sue and Khusae were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Even lent us an emergency sewing kit! Location is is just a few hundred meters from Bukit Bintang Road, and even closer to Jalan Alor food strip as well as the sleazier Changkat B B. Location is relatively quiet, although construction of a new building next door seems imminent. Tariff includes basic breakfast. Cereals and toast. A casual place with opportunities to meet other travelers, more like a backpackers than a hotel. We ate at great cheap food at the hawker centre at Sungai Wang plaza 4th floor. Took advantage of the free city loop busses as well as the nearby MRT.

I stayed here for 3 days and its location is good, near Jalan Alor night food court, Pavilion shopping mall to move other places easily by bus. Staff is so helpful. Room is clean and the price is reasonable but i think there should be more racks in the toilet to hang clothes or other stuff.
