I’ve been on a couple of staycays in hotels in the area and this is of course the best. Love the artistry of the decor and the staff are supes professional and friendly on the whole. The rooms are sparkly clean and make the best use of space and the views from the floor to ceiling windows are also totes amaze. We stayed in a room looking out to the soon to be completed Merdeka 118 (set to be 2nd tallest building in the world) and the iconic Stadium Merdeka. There is a ledge you can perch on to read your book or admire the view if you have a head for heights.
Breakfast was also more than adequate in choice and the coffee freshly brewed. The aroma of freshly baked pastries was also tantalizing.
There are also quaint cafés and shops in the area. So, ya, definitely worth staying.

Stayed here for a night during a staycation in kl. This new four points is in a the east tower connect to the renaissance Hotel next door. The room I got allocated was on the 23rd floor with good views of klcc.
Room was spacious with 2 double beds.
Amenities was adequate and bathroom was average sized with a walk in shower.
I was initially allocated a room with some workers performing construction work which seem a school boy error but that was quickly rectified by the manager allocating a new room and personally escorting me to the room , got free breakfast as a compensation/ service recovery.
Buffet breakfast was extensive with a range of Asian and western options

My family and i had a brief staycation at the hotel on 7-8th feb.

Breakfast at the Mesh was delish and fulfilling spread of food selection. Upon entry we were greeted warmly by their good looking staffs. I remembered a very sweet staff named Khamariah upon entering whom so kind and guided us to our tables. Occasionally they would come over and check on us if we needed more juices, cutleries and many others too. Staffs were very attentive, welcoming and accommodating to me and family members as we have our elderly mother. Not in particular order i remembered their name tags as Dem, Dayang, Awang, Izzati and Izul. . Please thank them for their wonderful service and always in smile serving us. Hopefully we will get to stay at the hotel and visit the Mesh again.

This hotel underwent major renovations and was reopened just a month before I stayed there. The upside was everything was brand new, clean and shiny. The downside was not all facilities were fully open and some floors were being renovated and still not open for booking. Only limited rooms were available. They were recruiting staff and there was a severe shortage of staff. I once waited 1 hour 15 minutes (and made 5 reminder calls) for some ice cubes to be sent to my room.

As the pool is very nice and popular, many families with children stay here. Whilst this can be fun if you are staying with kids too, it can be disruptive if you want peace and quiet or are planning to do online meetings or work from your room. Noise levels (running, screaming can remain high until about 1am). Upon request, I was changed to a quieter room but the staff shortage meant I had to wait about an hour after packing and being ready, for staff to arrive to move my baggage.

Staff and management were however, very helpful, courteous and apologetic.

We ordered 6 dishes and the highlight was the pan fried wagyu beef slices with chopped chillies, it melts like butter SO GOOD!!!

Other than that, the dishes in general aren't spicy despite it being SICHUAN KITCHEN. Don't worry, spice lovers can request for extra spicy.

Lastly, we were served by Bao Yi and Aishah, and to our surprise, even the chef came out to serve the last dish. Thank you for your service and looking to visit again👍👍

The newest Four Points in Kuala Lumpur is also probably the best in terms of location and facilities shared with Renaissance Kuala Lumpur next door. It is a short walk from Bukit Nanas Monorail and Dang Wangi Kelana Jaya LRT Line. Check out my photos below.

Had a pleasant experience dining at Sichuan Kitchen today. Bao Yi and Aisyah were very accommodating and friendly. The chef is an excellent cook! He was very careful to cater to our spice tolerance and even recommended suitable and delicious dishes when we were unsure. He also gave us some complimentary side dishes and fruits. The interior of the place is also spacious and beautifully decorated. Would definitely recommend! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

There is no lounge in Four Points KL City Centre. Thus no advantage to Platinum / Titanium maybe just room upgrades and welcome amenities.
