Our hotel is indeed a short ride, which is just 5 minutes away, to one of Malaysia's largest shopping mall, Mid Valley Megamall as well as easily accessible to travel to and from KLIA, and we now also have the KL Gateway Mall which is just 850m across the street for added convenience. We are very pleased to hear you thoroughly enjoyed the quality and selection of the buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner but sorry to hear the placement of the lift buttons was too low for you, actually this is a normal placement for a lift in Asia and we have never experienced any issue before that this was inconvenient, sorry if this caused you any inconvenience.
