And the service and very nice stuff with the excellent sercice at the horizon club was beautyful. I really think about to be back as...

A sanctuary in the city. Very grand and spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to a lot of greens and natural lightings. The horizon club lounge well designed with private areas very suitable for business meetings.

Classy environment and very helpful, professional, friendly staff. We had an executive room and loved the lounge environment. Good location for transport once you've got used to walking a little way beside a busy road to the station. We loved the monorail close by - great way to get a lazy feel for the city.

I thought this hotel had lovely, friendly helpful staff. They noticed it was my birthday the week before and bought me a lovely birthday cake. The rooms are quiet and well appointed in a great location. Bar had lovely cocktails and nice singers. I would stay here again.

Stay here on a short 3 day trip whilst on route to Langkawi. We had booked a premium club room but were offered an upgrade to a suite on arrival for only £30 per night so we took it. Massive room with lounge, study area, dressing room and the views from the circular window on the 26th floor were stunning....

Stayed 4 days in executive suite. Everyone was wonderfully kind and a special thank you to Aldi in Arthurs Grill. Rooms as you would expect are spotless and large with nice views over the city, food was excellent in the restaurants, less so in the Horizon Club. Horizon club also got very crowded but you can breakfast in the main...

Having stayed at the Shangri-la hotel Bangkok on several occasions, I was disappointed with their sister hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The Horizon Club was situated on a lower floor and therefore had no views other than a busy road and a dreary hotel, and, with the exception of Codie in the Horizon Club and every member of the concierge desk...

The grand entrance of this hotel is pretty spectacular, however we were a little disappointed with the room, especially as we had been 'upgraded' from a deluxe room to an executive room, which are definitely due a refurb. Breakfast was nice, although for 5 star standard I have had better. For our taxi back to KLIA, the concierge wanted to...

I always stay here when in KL, firstly the rate can be very good and the staff and service level are always excellent. This stay I was in a Horizon grade room which for a small extra cost gave free breakfasts, food, cocktails etc all day and evening. Perhaps the rooms are a little too traditional but it's a bargain...
