Concierge is unhelpful, many are unsure of what is going on and needed a supervisor to know what to do. Room is ok, at the 8th floor of the hotel. View is poor due to the surrounding buildings. Bathroom was surprisingly smelly due to the poor ventilation and some problems with the vents. Location is impressive, as it is adjacent...

Dear itiscool123 Thank you very much for your patronage and time taken to review us. We understand that your room had an odour as well as the bathroom but please be informed that this is actually a smoking floor that was assigned as the first room available to you at the time of check in. Perhaps for your next visit,...

This hotel has got excellent service and the location is ideal... it has hardrock cafe at the lobby and is within walking distance to twin towers. If you prefer something local like street side indian food, there is a few just behind the hotel. Only complain is that the traffic is bad during peak hours and they do not have...

The hotel is big and looks good, but we had bad experiences there. My agent booked a double room but a twin room was given to us. After 3 days they gave a double room. One day before our leave they asked us to check out since they told that our agent booked the room for 6 nights. After spending...

The hotel is located a short walk away from the twin tower, had a good pool, gym & sauna. The breakfast was nice but the food ordered in room was quite poor. Staff was extremely helpful and polite . Rooms are slightly dated and needs a bit of a revamp.

The hotel is old. It is acceptable as a hotel but there are better hotels around this same convenient stretch for similar price range. Therefore I would not recommend it.  1. The rooms are very nice and large. However old. The room they gave was like a suite with a nice living room probably because the hotel was running at...

I spent 3 nights in this wonderful hotel . It is one of the best hotels in KUL . It has a great location being very near to the Petronas Towers, the KLCC , the Monorail Bukit Nanas station and several other attractions . The reception staff were very friendly particularly Masamah and Sue who upgraded me to a wonderful...

the hotel is strategically located, very near to the monorail station, Malaysian tourist information center and a walking distance to some tourist attractions, grocery stores, and restaurants. The staff are very helpful and courteous. Breakfast Buffet is excellent. However, there is nothing special on superior double room, it is very basic.
