Room was fine, outdated but comfortable enough. However the staff were utterly awful. I had quite a serious problem and they kept trying to brush me off. They told me they would get back to me within 20 minutes but kept me waiting for nearly two hours. Then they laughed about my problem right in my face. And never apologised.

I was recently there for a big conference. It must be a very old hotel. The shower was lukewarm. None of the plugs except one was working. Couldn't charge of phones. No hot tea. There was a kettle but the plug wouldn't work. Service was ok.
