I stayed few years back. I checked in at midnight. They don't operate the main lift in the night and they took me through some side service lift.Night somebody knocked on my room.It was eerie feeling. Though I was booked for four nights ,I decided to check out the next morning but the manager gave me a receipt stating that I...

The rooms are really depressing. The first room I was allocated had a window that faced out onto noisy Chinatown and there was absolutely no chance of resting there. I asked to move to a quieter one and was allocated a windowless room! I just took it as I was tired but it wasn't much quieter as there were kids...

This is a late review, we stayed here in 2008. It's 3-star hotel only around Chinatown so it’s convenient for shopping though the area is not that clean and classy. But then again, once you get inside the hotel it starts to get better! The hotel lobby is decent enough and well-designed, receptionists are very friendly and accommodating, the lift...

We liked the hotel and the staff was helpful and friendly. it is conveniently located in China town. Be careful fi you opt for a prepaid cab from the airport as the cab driver left us on the road saying the hotel was inside chinatown and the cab could not go there.

The location is in the middle of chinatown.Very crowded and noisy. Didnt like the service and rooms. But if you are under low budget and want to spend more time in sight-seeing and shopping then definitely recommended.

Poor and unfriendly reception, i was an assistant front office manager and trust me, the hotel receptionist would be fired if he was working with me! Can't walk out cause the room was prebooked and we have eave as soon as we can! Bathroom wasn't dirty but look cleaned like with backpacker style! Linen was awful and DON'T prebook the...

I booked a deluxe room and the lady middle-aged in short hair actually lied to me and told me that it was a deluxe room, when i knew that it was a standard room. It is because I have stayed in that hotel a week ago in a standard room, My deluxe room was exactly the same as the size...

The room was absolutely disgusting. It looked like there was dried vomit on the carpet, (see uploaded photo) the sink, bath and shower were that filthy we didn't dare to use them and the naff wallpaper was covered with nicotine stains. Not only did it look like the room design hadn't been updated in a very long time, it was as...
