The hotel is aged, but some rooms are being refurbished, so ask for one of them. Fantastic views over the city from the 23rd with city view (pay the extra it's worth it). Most staff were accommodating and did the "necessary" nothing special to note....More
Good location. Food was very good. Very good service. Rooms are ok with essential facilities. TV didn't have any good English channels. A pizza hut was there across the street. A good swimming pool. Essential items can be purchased from a store across the street

The RM10 Tourism Tax is a new tax imposed in Malaysia and is chargeable per room per night basis. Your booking should already be inclusive of GST. There should not be any additional tax.

The fitness room is open from 8am to 10pm. However if you do require to use it earlier please request at the front desk. The key to the fitness room can also be obtained from the front desk.
