Hotel's Favourite
This hotel has got it all. Unbeatable views of the twin towers Fantastic staff who all go above and beyond to make your stay extra special Ultra clean rooms with excellent facilities And first class food Location is fantastic you can enjoy the quick complimentary buggy service to KLCC and the towers if you wish or never even step outside in the heat or the thunderstorms when they arrive if you don’t want to and use the undercover air conditioned walkway for the 10 minute or so walk to Suria Klcc. This same undercover walkway will also take you to Bukit Bintang shopping pavilion and area. We had the Traders club towers view room and the view of the towers is breathtaking along with the views over the park and the water fountain show. That along with the other club perks such as your own club room in which to enjoy the views along with your breakfast, complimentary soft drinks throughout the day with snacks and a 2 hour cocktail “hour” in the evening makes for a great stay Thankyou Traders along with your wonderful staff, for an unforgettable stay.

We stayed in an Executive Twin Towers View Room (#1323) and had a very pleasant stay. You are staying at this hotel for the view, and it did not disappoint! I would definitely recommend paying the small amount extra it costs per night to upgrade from the Deluxe Twin Towers View Room to the Executive Twin Towers View Room , because then your bed faces the window and so you can enjoy the view of the Twin Towers from your bed! The bathroom was very spacious as well, and you had the luxury of having both a shower and a bathtub. The only issue we had was with a faulty light fitting. It wasn't resolved whilst we were there, but the hotel does have good communication channels in order to fix issues (there is a whatsapp channel in addition to the option of phoning reception). The free shuttlebus between the hotel and the shopping centre at the base of the Petronas Towers was a great addition to the hotel's services as well, given how hot it was in Kuala Lumpur. The journey only took 2-3 minutes, although you do have to wait, on occasion, for the shuttle bus to arrive. My only criticism is that the breakfast offered by the hotel is too expensive and we did not purchase it. Instead we took the shuttle to the shopping centre and we ate at the food court. I definitely recommend Traders Hotel. It is excellent value for money for the room, and the view is breathtaking.

I love Traders Hotel from the moment u step in from their Security Guards to their concierges they welcome u with genuine smiles. Throughout our stay they are the people that made our stay memorable. Helpful and friendly just made your day being greeted everytime you pass by their counter. The concierges also doubled up as buggy drivers and never once did I see them without smiles for all guests. Thank you Aidil and Fizz and Syazerin and Idris ; I did not get the names of the rest; keep up the good work gentlemen. We will surely come back to stay at your hotel. Btw the room was very clean & comfortable; housekeeping did a good job daily; thank you too.

Really confused by the glowing reviews. It’s a 3* hotel at best. The rooms are dated and old. The rooms smell musty and damp. The bathroom is dated. Barely any amenities. Bed is hard. There appears to be a dehumidifying machine in the corridor. The staff, especially on the ground level appear to be really jumpy and suspicious of guests. We felt quite unwelcome when we arrived from the airport - the first words uttered to us by the man at the concierge desk involved telling us to get our passports out. The swimming pool location is so weird. Members of the public have access to this in the “sky bar” and watch you swim! If you want true luxury, check out the Grand Hyatt across the road. We spent a few nights there on this trip and it was phenomenal! The lobby on the 38th level beats the views from the Trader’s sky bar. The pool is much better too.

I was fortunate to spend 10 days at Traders as I was in Kuala Lumpur for a family wedding. The rooms are luxurious and everywhere was spotless. Breakfast was incredible, gorgeous fresh fruit and any type of food was available. We were fortunate to join in with people breaking their fast, Iftar and it was stupendous. However, none of this would matter were it not for the staff from Idris, in the concierge team to the wonderful manageress in the restaurant and that is what makes it so special.

Really glad we choose to stay at Traders hotel for our break in Kuala Lumper. Our room had a terrific view of the Petronas Towers and the pleasant park. It was spacious and comfortable with an excellent bathroom. Tea/coffee facilities in the room were most welcome. The location is great and within walking distance of the Towers, Convention Centre, Suria Shopping Centre Bukit Bintang, public transport as well as a hop on tourist bus stop and itger places of interest. We arrived in an evening downpour, so decided to dine in Bara that first night. Service was excellent and the steamed sea bass very good. We had breakfast in the hotel cafe on the ground floor which us under cover but outdoors. (No more rain in KL during our stay thankfully) The Traders hotel represented very good value and staff are so nice and helpful. If we get a chance to visit KL we will definitely stay there again.

This was our second stay at Traders and as enjoyable our first. Although we didn't have the Petronas Towers view this time the view was as interesting. The room was large and comfortable. The vast bed was supportive. The bathroom had a good range of toiletries and towels/flannels changed daily. The Club lounge was a good meeting place and afternoon tea provided good snacks before our evening meal. The staff throughout the hotel were helpful and courteous. They were able to give good advice about how to get to various places. Pamela and Alex were especially helpful.

March 19th,2024. Visiting for berbuka puasa at Gobo Chat, Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Kudos to all staff at reception their hospitality are outstanding. Truly appreciate with details and warm hearted welcome. Thanks to Ms Rini, I believed that her name assist well with my nephew the moment we arrive, he was still drowsy from his nap. She gave us the sofa booth with pillows for his comfort. Much appreciated it. A good variety of buffet menu delicious. Keep it up. Thank you.
