It was my first experience to a local retreat at sekeping serendah. My first thought was merely a camping site. Upon our arrival.. we were greeted by the friendly and helpful caretaker named Krishna.. slowly explaining the facilities in the vicinity. After settling down, we tour around the compound, trekking, visiting other shed rooms and went on to dipped ourselves...

"....For the amount of money we paid, close to RM2,000; we should have been treated in such a manner; evacuated and not being allowed to eat. Very very bad experience." That up there is the summary of my stay, for those of you who are not keen on reading the whole story. For those who are, please continue below.. My...

Only 40 mins drive from Kuala Lumpur but it is hard to believe when immersed in the tranquility of the jungle. We booked one of the Warehouses which was spacious, stylish and comfortable. We took all our own food and drink with us and the kitchen was functional and the BBQ worked well. There are lots of mosquitoes and the...

4 adults and 4 children on this glamping trip. Waze shows us the way with no problem. Upon arrival the caretaker (Nepalese) is already waiting for us and assist us with the parking. He also helped us to load the luggage to the warehouse. He is very helpful and ask us whether we need any BBQ set up that evening....

This is a really nice place to stay for a night or two with friends or family. One can easily bond with each other or hike to a nearby waterfall. Other than that there isn't really much to do there and there is no mobile reception (or only weak reception at times), so this is really a place to get...

I had planned a birthday getaway weekend to Sekeping Serendah after hearing how gorgeous the place was. The place itself is nice but I highly doubt I will return after experiencing its management's weak 'customer service' : 1- Bookings are made online and emails are replied to 3-4 days later. Minimal contact with management isnt what you would expect for...

This place is amazing. A nice break from the pollution and busy life. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. They even provide us with materials for the bbq. Can be quite cold at night but you sleep to the sound of nature

Our group of 9 rented both Glass Sheds 1 & 2 for a more spacious option. Sekeping Serendah is located in the middle of the forest, past narrow off-road trails, Orang Asli villages and away from any internet & cell coverage. It is a truly 'back-to-nature' experience. We arrived at slightly past 2pm on a Monday. The way check-in works...

Me and my 7 friends rented timber 1 and glass room for our stay. This place is seriously over price and over rated. For the price we paid, at least clean bed and towel should be provided. But all of us were disappointed. Bed sheet was dirty, mattress were wet and no towel. Even the walk path not even with...

Easy access to Warehouse 1 makes it easy to load luggages and BBQ items. BBQ equipment provided including BBQ pit, skewers, tongs, charcoal, plates and cutleries. All beds come with mosquito nets. Perfect for 10-13 people. Easy access to swimming pool just walking distance.
