The location is just walking distance to US Embassy, you just need to pass the foot bridge. The room is tiny but clean, staff are friendly, the cr is really tiny, sounds fair for the room price and location. No elevator so you need to take the stairs.

The room is very clean and cozy even if I booked the cheapest one. Bldg is very easy to locate, accessible, near convenience store and fastfood and just right across the US Embassy and a few steps to Ermita Church (which I love), i didn't to get a cab. Front desk employees aren't very welcoming but the owners are. The only thing I didn't like is the noise of the staff. They walk through the hallway as though nobody's checking in, mindless of customers sleeping. They talk loud and laugh and tease even at night time. I honestly didn't manage to get a good sleep. They're very noisy outside.

tiny room with noisy aircon. Hotel was actually quiet but ac was not. For people that need an elevator/lift there was none. Stairs only. The location was within 10 minutes walk at most to U.S embassy. It was reasonably clean. Location was the only reason for me to book a room. Very close to 7/11 and eating establishments.

We booked this hotel for one night when we transited in Manila. The hotel is very conviniently located just off Roxas Blvd. and well within walking distance from all major sights in Manila.

The room, although small (we booked single room, probably the cheapest one) is surprisingly well organized so there is place to put your stuff. Just a note, the room had no window and no hot water.

The only major complaint is that the doors do not provide any sound proofing, so you hear everything that is going on outside of your room. Also, the walls are quite thin so the soundproofing is the only major issue here.

Otherwise, the property is clean and well kept, staff is nice and helpful. Wifi worked well and the TV has quite a good selection of channels.

Dear Martin, Thank you for your review! We are glad that you were pleased with the location and the staff. We will definitely take note of your comments. The room you must have booked was one of our cheapest rooms that is why it had no hot shower. You may always upgrade to get one with hot shower. :) We hope to welcome you back on your next stay in Manila. We hope our kindness made your stay worthwhile.

We had made a 3 night reservation with booking for 2 adult, with twin beds.
When we arrived, they seems embarrassed and present us a very tiny room, without window and just one bed. Saying that all there rooms where blind.

I guess the rate from booking were not interesting for them. But it's a shame to act like this.

This is a great place when you stay near Manila Bay especially when you are a solo backpacker wanting to see manila. I chose this hotel because of the location of being near st.lukes and the us embassy if you have a schedule medical examination and interview good place to stay overnight.

The room is dark and humid. AC is noisy. The toilet is typical Filipino style: tiny and you shower over the toilet. On the other hand the location is pretty good and the price affordable. You can choose between 4 or 5 options for breakfast (all including rice with eggs and either meat or fish + tea or coffe). I believe you can find better places for similar prices.
