I had my quarantine stay here and, it was reasonably neat and decent. However, new guests will require ample patience as the dial zero reception is regularly unattended. Another dislike was the utilization of single used plastic bags and utensils in food packs for the three meals a day; it was exessive, not environmentally friendly, and quite disturbing. In addition, contrary to what this hotel is known for, it is an outright disagreement that it is still a 5 Star Hotel. It already lacks the usual norm and amenities of an elegant hotel and is crucially demanding for a total renovation and upgrades due to its worn-down and outdated facilities.

Dear MaximusCadman, Bonjour mabuhay! Thank you for choosing our hotel for your quarantine. We take extra care in making sure that our rooms are clean and sanitized for our guests' safety. However, this situation has left us to use a lot disposable materials such as food packaging, masks and trash bags to eliminate possibility of contamination from reusing items. But rest assured that we have taken your feedback on board with regards to the room upgrade and promptness of answering calls. We hope to be able to serve you again soon. Kind regards, Michelle Olea Dir of Guest Experience

One of the worst 5 star hotels we have stayed at. My wife and I stayed for our 10 day mandatory quarantine. They have no hypoallergenic alternatives. I have severe allergies to down feathers and we have been communication with them 2 weeks prior to our arrival and they were not prepared. They removed the mattress topper which has down feathers and the only solution they had was to add extra flat sheets on top of the hard mattress. It was one of the worst sleep experiences we ever had. It felt like we were sleeping on hardwood floor. The Food was a hit and miss with a very limited menu. Wait times varies from an hour or two for meals to be brought. Several occasions the food was cold. Hotel room is outdated with carpet coming off the floor, dirty moldy grout in the shower, and in desperate need of a new Smart TV. The bay view was great but looking below at the swampy empty pool ruined it. The only positive was the WiFi speed was decent.

Dear E4954TLtoddh, Bonjour! I feel saddened by how disappointed you are at your previous stay. I am even more sad that we were not able to fix it satisfactorily during your stay. On a lighter note, we did refresh the pool in hopes for opening to staycation guests. It may be a dead end now, but I still hope you would allow us to make it up to you next time. Please do let me know when you will be back and I would be more than happy to take care of you on your next visit. Kind regards, Michelle Olea Dir. of Guest Experience
