This is one stunning old hotel that I would love to stay with again. it's more than 100 years old but it is well maintained and well-polished. The lounge is awesome and every area looks so elegant. The breakfast buffet was the best, the price was reasonable and the staffs were polite. The only thing we'were not so happy about...

This was my second business trip stay after a positive first time experience; I chose it because the price was reasonable and the restaurant enabled us to hold meetings over meals. However I was disappointed that my room was not only old and tired looking (which I don't mind) but in dire need for repair and upgrade. In my bathroom,...

Sometimes the old hotels are just that...old. This combined the elegance of the past with the service and amenities of the present. Loved the atmosphere of the Tp Room. Just wish it were a little closer to the major shopping and dining.

I should be thankful because i got an upgrade and spent the night in a suite. However, systems need the upgrade such as 4,000 peso cash deposit for any incidental expense (?) and the long line to check in. Had a big school reunion and used the ballroom for the occasion but food was served late; ice cream was melted...

This landmark hotel has the old world ambiance. It's lobby exude grandeur and their function rooms are wide and spacious. Their buffet breakfast has a wide array of choices. But it is a busy hotel and yes, checking in and out takes time to clear. But I was a bit dismayed with their small single beds (or just my perspective)...

Everything was great except during reservation. The hotel itself is above average, including the food, restaurant & other amenities but the bed in our room is too small. Even I already told the reservation officer that I will be staying in the room with 1 adult & a child, she informed me that the only room they have is the...

The hotel has style and quality in all aspects. We had a comfortable room with beautiful view of the Bay. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious, and service very good. The hotel is a classic beauty, it is not cheap, but gives you value for your money.

Comfortable hotel in a great location for exploring Intramuros. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast buffet which was one of the most extensive we have ever experienced - a great opportunity to taste many local and other Asian dishes. The hotel, especially the rooms, would benefit from a bit of an update, but it does offer a good...
