I booked a room in this hotel for a night. I didnt know that there is a hotel right off tutuban building and it was a great advantage coz its near my appointment place. This is one of the best ive stayed in. The bed is so soft, aircon is working good, room is so clean and smells good. A plus because they have a cafe that serves great food! I will definitely come back.

Stayed yesterday for leisure time with my girlfriend.

PROS:
The hotel appearance is in good condition. Not that attractive outside but the interior is fair enough. Stayed here before and still satisfied. You can enjoy at night doing some thrift shopping. They are still doing some improvements which I am looking forward. All staffs are friendly and approachable. They answer at room service efficiently. All rooms are in good condition. Their ac is reallllllyyy cold. Good for hot weather. No noise from hallway and other rooms. which makes our stay even more relaxing. The foods also taste good. Yummmyyy!!

CONS:
I stayed at their Junior Suite. Safety Deposit is not working. Bath tub is not filling up. Problem at drainage maybe. That's all.

Overall? Will definitely come back.

We did Christmas Shopping. Since we checked in, we are able to maximize our time shopping before heading home since we have a room to stay in this hotel. My sisters and I booked their superior room, their only room with a bath tub.

The hotel is clean and well managed. Breakfast can be served into your own room but it would be your choice if you want to eat it in the cafeteria located just outside the room.

Excellent service, very accomodating staffs, no need to worry. Early check in cost P500, but you can opt to just store your luggage for free (for those who arrive way before checkin time).
Bed room is fine. the aircon leaked, but good thing they gave us new room the next day.
Bathroom is fine. the landscaping is not so good i believe, since the floor gets flooded when u take a shower.
Wifi in the room is super slow, unless you get a room at the end of the hallway (near the door going to the restaurant).

If the hotel could move to a more strategic location, i would definitely come back.
But the traffic was terrible, on a scale of 1 to 10 = 10/10.
It's very unaccessible, and it is located right above the night markets.
No taxi drivers will be willing to take you there, and transportation is super hard to find.
If you plan on going back to the airport, i recommend you to depart from the hotel at least 6 hours before your flight. Remember, it's Manila, and Quezon City, and RECTO and TUTUBAN.
Well, most of your time will be wasted on the road.
Overall, I wish I could give a better rating to this hotel. But location matters a lot, and you want to make a good use of your time while travelling.

The location may be far from the heart of Manila, but the hotel is awesome. very clean, nice staff and good location where you can hit the bazaar or the mall when you're hungry, you can find street food and many more with cheap prices. Thanks for the Hospitality! Maraming Salamat!

Not the biggest or flashiest hotel. You can do a walkin booking. They give good prices. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room comes with safe, kettle, large flat screen tv with remote and aircon and mini fridge. The shower is big with overhead showerhead adjustable. The view gives into the adjacent indoor mall. Staff will help with airport transfer 400PHP , on request a massage 500PHP for a therapist good value and very professional. The lift will go to ground floor and mall level.
Location is close to local malls (168 mall) flee markets and foodcourts and supermarket. The cafe will provide meal and breakfast on request. It's not perfect but for the quality of service and price Orion is on my preferred list for hotels.

I was very impressed with this small hotel located in the Divisoria market area of Manila. The hotel was recently built so in like new condition. My room was clean and well furnished with the standard amenities. Breakfast was served promptly and as a professional gesture, reception would call you before delivering breakfast to your room. There is plenty to do and see right outside, the hotel itself is located at the top story of a shopping mall and is close to various transport options. Where this hotel really impressed me was the customer service. All staff members were polite and always happy to help with any questions I had. The receptionist on duty, I recall 3 different woman whilst staying at this property, were all fantastic and made my stay very memorable. If returning to Manila, I wont hesitate to stay at Orion Hotel again. Thank you so much, to all the Staff.
