Well I booked Go hotels for my fiancé, he stayed for 6 nights and was well taken care by the staffs.
I communicated with them thru emails and they’re pretty responsive for all my question and doubts. Immediately upon deciding and giving them all the information the have sent me the reservation code which my fiancé later needed to present in the airport and one of the BEST thing is they don’t required any payment, you can pay upon arrival or check out.

So overall my fiancé’s is experience was superb. Rooms were clean and they’re assisting all he needed immediately. At first they have emailed me that it’s not possible for any deliveries outside but when he arrived he was informed that he can order thru any app and get delivered on the hotel. He was telling me how helpful they were and he had a great quarantine.

Pencil booked it a month earlier for my 10days hotel quarantine, and paid it the week of my arrival. The person handling my booking was very prompt in responding to my emails. Very good csr. 😊 Room was okay, it was clean, properly lit and the AC was reaaaally cold. Toilet was clean, you've got a bath and foot towel. Food was okay too! The staffs were very helpful and very accommodating as well, specially the frontdesk. 😊 Thanks, everyone!

This is my first time staying in Hotel in Manila because of my work. I really enjoyed my stay there for 3 nights. The cleaning of the room is great but its not automatic, you need to request or hang the sign of cleaning the room before they clean it but they clearly explain it before checking in. The only problem that I encountered is the hot shower, its not that hot and it takes time to get warmer but its not a big deal. I also wanted to mention the name of receptionist who is Jerome, He assisted me very well about my concerns and answer my questions quickly and always greet me and the other guest whenever I walk at the frontdesk. Thank you so much Go Hotels Otis for the wonderful stay!

I have checked-in at several Go Hotel branches like Ortigas, Timog and North Edsa. Every time I check-in on these Go Hotel branches, the staff automatically deduct from my senior's card without any questions. But not with Go Hotel Otis. I have experienced this incident twice already and it was very disappointing considering that I am a frequent patron of Go Hotels.The girl at the front desk was cold and indifferent. She did not even greet us good afternoon or offer any help at our arrival at the hotel lobby. She was unremorseful that I was rejected on my senior's card. Such persons have no right working there if they are not good in customer relations. I wonder if Go Hotel Otis is any different from other Go Hotel branches considering that other Go Hotel branches have better facilities and services. In Go Hotel Otis room 5025, the bath and toilet exhaust fans are not working, the bath and toilet doors don't close properly and the air conditioner temperature control is not functioning. We were provided only one soap and shampoo whereas other branches provide two each. After that disappointment, I will never check-in again at Go Hotel Otis.

Please keep out of this hotel this is worst hotel i have ever been and will not rebook for quarantine hotel. reason why? After hotel check out i have 3 luggages and hotel security doesn't allow you to park your car at basement for pick up due their reason that's it early 830am check out (so check out around 10am spend more time in their hotel so they can charge extra day)and you can't use ground floor to exit due to social distancing( funny they use this reason when security not even properly wearing mask and using cellphone at work). so you have to carry all your luggage up to the ramp or leave your luggage unattended and get it one by one. so otis hotel management, educate your security how to properly treat your customer and next time change your name to motel. well you get what you pay for. so to my fellow balik bayan please don't waste your time in this hotel. find another place that will treat you "RESPECT" and good service.

I am currently in my 7th day of quarantine in this hotel. There are 12 of us from our company who are currently in here. We were already almost quarantined for 2 months in different hotels and yet this hotel put us in rooms without windows. We and our company requested us to be transferred to rooms with windows but on our 7th day, only 4 of us were transferred. I worry for my mental health in this kind of hotel. I have called the front desk quite a few times to follow-up the room and they just give me excuses. But get this, we know that there are vacant rooms with windows and they are putting there new guests in there. Extra towels have to be paid😮 My toilet ceiling is leaking water. Wifi connection is slow. Air-conditioning is centralized and thermostat isn't working.(works as thermometer only). Quarantine food ration rating for me is 5/10. Only one towel provided. No electric kettle in rooms. I am very disappointed and doesn't have plan to stay in any Go Hotel in the future due to this experience.

We stayed here before and the latest one was April 27-29 at that time we noticed the AC was somehow set (programmed) to 26 and regardless we set the temp lower than the given value i.e. 14 it won't go lower than 26. The air coming from the AC is neutral and like a normal fan, so hot and not so really cold inside the unit. So we realized that time it was only our two rooms on the said dates that had the problem. But when we came back last May 1-2 we booked for one room since there were only two of us. Same problem was observed and some guests were complaining too that it was hot inside their unit. I don't know if the hotel itself programmed all the rooms for AC into 26 which is fixed and cannot be altered. I do hope they will fix this problem since we really love staying here even years ago. The staff and location are awesome only the AC made our experience frustrating.

Booked as a 10-day quarantine hotel in Manila, the reservations staffs are accomodating, and responsive. I am thankful to have a clean and safe place to stay. Staffs are professional and respectful, thank you everyone your help in running errands.
Thank you for bringing food 3 times for 10 days!
The front desk staffs walked a long mile to help me reach out to the laboratory regarding the date of release of my test. Appreciate much all your help.
I am glad to find a hotel to stay in Manila, until next time Go Hotels- Otis team. Stay safe all.

No Windows ( in my room)
No hot water for shower
The room had bad smells look that they not disinfect or sanitize
The Comfort Room smells cigarettes
You can hear everything through the walls even at night. I can't sleep very noisy
Under construction, noisy corridor
They Accused me that I do smoke and pay for the Fine of 10,000pesos.😠

Not Recommended!😒

Had to wait 25 minutes for check in as only 1 clerk was on duty to serve 5 families checking in. There was no hot water in the shower, but hit water in the basin..,go figure. Almost everything is strictly on life support. Go Hotels is truly a budget hotel don’t expect any service or convenience. No doorman or porter but a security guard helped out. This is a tough neighborhood the 7-11 has two guards inside, one with a shotgun! It took about 30 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport, and about 15 minutes to get back (at 3 am).

Yes there are. If you have any questions about how the safes work or if there are any issues with the safe in your room the staff are more than helpful.

It depends what time of day. Normally, between 10PM and 6AM, it would take 20 minutes.
