The hotel room was spacious for three adults, there was a kitchenette which is handy. The bathroom was well sized with very hot water however the stream of the shower head wasn’t the greatest. Free WIFI in the rooms very fast WIFI as well, upon checking in we were told we all had complimentary breakfast which was a nice surprise. The rooftop infinity pool was nice however didn’t swim in it.

Upon check in staff was very friendly and courteous. Small Hotel located right outside of Shopwise. Local restaurants are just a few minutes walk. Reasonable price for a small room. Clean rooms, nice and comfy beds. Minibar in room with kitchen sink and hot pot. Not bad! The best part of the Hotel was the rooftop swimming overlooking Makati Skyline. Sunrise and sunset was amazing.

Arrived at night and tired after a lot of travel, 30 mins to check in to a dirty room the towels were grey. The tap on the sink didn't work, TV reception was very poor and the room needed a damn good clean. Breakfast was very limited. You can get a far better hotel for the same price. This just isn't worth it!

No star at all to give.It is the worst hotel we ever stayed at.We have to call assistance to turn on hot water for shower. Can't use the elevator when we want to use. You have to call assistant to operate it They gave us a crappy filthy room. I will put pictures of dirty sheets. They could have refund us the money after asking we don't want to stay. Even we booked this thru booking. com the property still could refund us. I know its non refundable but when you got put in an dirty old filthy room customer have the right not to stay because of how filthy the room is but yet we are like a prisoner its because it is already paid prior to our arrival we have to keep the room or we will loose our money. I guest it is a lesson learned. Do not booked without cancellation. Our 3 nights stay was a disaster. The manager only want to upgrade so they can sell us a different room. He didn't do much for us at all. He has the guts to asked me if that was my firs time booking in a hotel and made me feel I dont know much about booking with hotel partners. Mind you I have a lots of booking made with different hotels. We just don't want to keep the room given to us. We were supposed to be at the 5th floor but Kristell put us on the 1st floor where it is old ugly filthy room and bed wasnt even a double bed. It is like a single/twin bed. I had stayed so many times into a double bed plus our bed at home was double bed too and nothing compare to that bed that was in the room where we booked. This people at the lobby was crooked specially the guy behind the reception desk. We will never ever give them another chance at all again. People, do not make a big mistake booking at this worst filthy hotel at all

This is one of the best hotel we had our staycation 2nd to Okada & Sofitel. All staff were kind, friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Food from Enzo Bar & Rafa were delicious. Our favorite part was the swimming pool overlooking Makati skyline. Definitely our go to hotel.

1. Not in walking distance to anything. Taxis cannot find it or refuse to take you.
2. There is a cafe that does breakfast buffet. They are not open for lunch or dinner. So its not really a restaurant.
3. Constant noise. Hallway music through the walls. 24hour roosters crowing from outside builsings.
4.Neighborhood is sketchy and unsafe.
5. Concierge could not help with anything. No maps, no tourist or local suggestions for restaurants etc. Its a front desk, not a concierge.
6. Bottle water is a must in this country. Its NOT free as advertised.
7 bed was hard as rocks, shower water luke warm and no pressure.
Basically. How is this 3 stars? It isnt.

I have to salute the hotel's marketing unit for putting its best pool forward. But you do not immerse into pixels. You have to get into the actual pool. And there lies the charade.

The photos make you believe that the swimming pool is on top of the building with a great view of the city. In fact that was the MAIN reason we chose this hotel. What a disastrous choice. Pool not on top of building but technically on the 6th floor labeled Lower Deck. The photo also shows that the water is clear and almost olympic-size. Not true as well. The "infinity pool" is probably 1/4 the size of a decent olympic-size pool - and at time of our visit the pool water was cloudy at best.

The signs are useless: it says strictly no cotton shirts and proper pool attire required. Obviously, either the customers do not know how to read or do not care, or simply do not want to follow the rules of the hotel or the staff are helpless to enforce the rules. Either way, like the depth of the pool, defending non-compliance would be very shallow.

Now for some good stuff. Rest room/toilet is just as big as the bedroom, and unlike the bedroom smells and looks clean. There is one couch and a table with four chairs at Room 203 that is good for those who want to work or simply stay inside. Plus the wi-fi signal is strong - and the flat screen TV has so many channels to choose from.

Another plus: a big supermarket ShopWise is just across the block same with fast food franchises. The hotel lobby shares a passageway to a Security Bank ATM machine so guests should not be surprised to have a queue while checking in or simply going out the door.

But the location is TERRIBLE. The hotel is right in the middle of run-down neighborhoods, that are not conducive to walking to nearby eateries at night. The room (they call it suite) is cramped and there are stains on the bed. The frontage of the hotel is symptomatic of what to expect. For the price we pay we could have gotten a better one in Makati, or travel a little bit and get a REALLY great place in Tagaytay or Subic. Stay away from the pool which reeks of chlorine and remnants of kids' shreddings. Imagine the cotton shirts being laundered while swimming.

Breakfast is complementary but if you want brewed coffee, prepare to pay extra.

This will be our LAST visit to this "jaded" place. I will NOT recommend this hotel even if you are pressed for time like us who were looking for a hotel with a great pool to surprise Mom on this special day. Sadly, we were the ones surprised for the misrepresentation of the place. It is one Mother's day that smothers.

I've stayed in different parts of Metro Manila, and Jade hotel was my choice when I've been to Makati. The hotel is a narrow "tower" stucked between other buildings. The neighbourhood is rather noisy and there was an awful smell from the street. Deluxe room is small and piled with furniture. I happened to be "lucky" to have broken shower - so I had to wait for almost an hour to take a shower after the flight. There are also some troubles with breakfast: if you decided to stay in Jade Hotel, make sure the reception gave you some "breakfast tickets". In my case, they had totally forgotten about that, whether I asked them about breakfast beforehand. By the way, the pool looks good - but it's terribly freezing cold! And people from the restaurant above the pool were giving their comments while I was swimming - totally not as cool as it looks on the photo. While I love Metro Manila, I recommend staying in Ermita district and not in Makati and Jade Hotel.

We were a walk in booking and from the moment you enter you are made welcome. The doorman front office and house staff also the Infinetity restaurant staff were excellent. The room we had was like a studio type with everything you need in it. The bed was very comfortable be though it was only a double but what the heck. Bed linen was changed every day and the room was always fresh when we returned. No problems if you were late going out cleaning staff would come back when you left. We enjoyed our stay emensely and will return . They have a music and comedy night on Friday nights so entertainment is on hand . Very close to ISLA restaurant and bar as well.which has music every night. Maybe the only down side was Wi Fi was slow.

how far is this hotel to MOA-Mall of asia?
Answer from Sioseeker
Sydney Australia371 contributions225 helpful votes
Hi - the best answer is to just Google Jade Hotel and then Mall of Asia and see for yourself. There is a HUGE supermarket/shopping centre across the street from the Jade. Has everything. I actually got a taxi from Jade to the seafood restaurant area near MoA. Probably 30 min in non peak hour - but hard to say as the cabbie had no idea where he was and got terribly lost. Really worth doing the seafood experience. Choose your seafood and then go next door to have it cooked. Fantastic. Probably one of the best seafood meals ever - especially after a few weeks of the typical food in RP. Seafood Paluto Dampa Macapagal Ave Pasay City. Again just Google that address and there is lots of info. Enjoy.
