Stayed at the Ankara Plaza Hotel for a couple nights recently. The rooms are quite small and I noticed that the fittings are getting old - especially the mattress I slept on. Breakfast was good though and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is also located in a great little spot near a number of restaurants and shops. If... More

I stayed over there in last October for 5 days, it was handy and clean in a good location and near to USA embassy, kizilay and city center. Breakfast is so so,but you can't carry any food from market to the hotel !!! But generally I think it had a reasonable price.

We stayed here for one night in February 2016, and we had an excellent experience. Our room was spotless and comfortable (if not overly large), the breakfast very good, and all the staff friendly and helpful (and English-speaking). The neighborhood, near the American Embassy, is quite nice and just a short cab ride from the train station and the citadel.... More

Pros: It's a relatively quiet and clean hotel with friendly staff. Walking distant to the embassies. High pressure showers. The breakfast buffet has a real good variety of fresh fruits, olives, cheese, hot and cold dishes. Rooms were well taken care of and cleaned frequently. Cons: No one speaks a word of English. Which apparently is very common in Ankara... More

The hotel is medium in size, set in an older part of the city, easy to walk to different restaurants. Staff did not speak much English, they were nice and helpful. The rooftop restaurant for breakfast has a great view, it has a good spread of food for breakfast, which is included with the room. The room is clean and... More

This hotel is in a great location, but on a quiet street in downtown Ankara - not an easy thing to find. The hotel front desk staff were GREAT. Very professional, friendly, helpful. I was very impressed. The hotel lobby was beautiful, elegant even. The room was large, extremely clean and modern. The beds were great, new. Breakfast was also... More
