We are a local family who is running this lovely house since 1987. Our house is in the heart of Bodrum center, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and shops. And the best thing about this apartment is just few steps walk to beach and the bus station. In the day, you can enjoy the beach, and at the night you can enjoy the nightlife Comparing to location and the quality, the price is very reasonable. Our apartment includes kitchen, bedroom, balcony, shower and toilet. In the livingroom, there are kitchen, bed-sofa, tv, dining table, fridge, cooker, Coffee machine, kettle, and kitchen supplements. In the bedroom, there are two single beds, wardrobe.There is aircondition in each room.

The hotel is very clean, close to everything, prices very convenient and above all the atmosphere is beyond amazing. The garden of the hotel has great vibes so peaceful and relaxing. The owner Mustafa is very lovely person so helpful and generous. I definitely recommend without a doubt. PS: Mustafa speaks perfect English and it was very helpful in communicating.

I am still staying here but can't wait to give a good review. Location could not be better, the owner is efficient and friendly, my apartment is more than spatious and clean and great for a long stay. All very practical and could not imagine it better! When I return I hope to stay here again🙂

Location, location location - perfection! Great team, everything you need is in there! Had such a great experience. Basic but perfectly formed charming room! Lovely family business, beautiful courtyard for homemade organic breakfast, it's directly opposite a fantastic restaurant Nazik Ana.

This simple but friendly and clean pension was just what we were looking for. The proprietors were lovely and hospitable and served a nice breakfast in the courtyard/bar area. They were a fount of info including good restaurant recommendations. We will return to this excellent value gem!

Pros: access, wireless, clean, warm enough water. Cons: no breakfast available, noisy at night. note: more expensive than presented quality. Staffs are polite, there's everything available nearby, near to Bazar, Old Castle, Port, Bars and etc.

This small pension hotel was in a terrific location - right on the doorstep of shops, the harbour (both beachside and boat docks). We were riding motorbikes and were able to securely park the bikes right near the hotel's front entrance. We had our own little balcony which was handy for drying washing. Staff were friendly and English was spoken when needed. Breakfast was in a lovely room with a very attentive lady serving directly to our table. Wi fi was available. We really enjoyed our stay.

This small pension downtown Bodrum is conveniently located, at walking distance from the harbour and the shopping places + restaurants. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is served on the roof terrasse with a nice view on the city. The room was clean, don't expect a lot of charm in the decoration but it offers a good balance price/quality .

Great location. Small but comfortable room. Lovely courtyard.breakfast was basic and could be improved. Just a few minutes walk down from bus station and in the main area easily walk anyway. Rooms not very sound proof. I think A little bit over priced for what you get but would stay again as location was perfect.

Great family run place! Very affordable, yet everything that you would need. Clean rooms with air conditioning. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back again. The owner Mustafa is very nice and helpful. Good breakfast.
