If you can possibly spare yourself do not book this hotel under any circumstances. Arrive in 2009 and as everyone else explains led to the dungeons. Stinking damp and filthy room you are given on arrival. After some time given a similar room slightly better but not much. As mentioned lift always out of order, food was disgusting. Went to...

we got to the hotel by about 3.30am in october 2009,we were shown to our room which was in the basement,the lights in the corridors didnt work.when we went into the room all you could smell was damp in the air,the cubaords were stained and water damaged and broken.the carpets were stained and dirty,the tv was broken,the shower door was...

what a disastrous holiday place this is. our room was on the lowest level, lift down 3floors then walk down the other two...and reverse it to reach reception area. despite many requests for a room change, none was forthcoming, even though our "balcony" lookrd down onto an open sewer. food was okayis, restaurant and bar staff friendly and courteous... best...

Rude staff rooms with no windows in the bacement dirty pool- could not use same food every night -was ill all week lack of sun beds -even in october lift out of order for months no beach -just stone which took us days to find as its down a steep hill through a deserted hotel
