We came here as a family and had an unforgettable experience with this Hotel. Candyland is perfect for kids, with variety of snacks and drinks for them inside of Candyland. Water slides never stop being fun for kids, as well as for us, adults. Rooms are clean and well organized. Food is delicious and variety of food is satisfying. Staff is very professional with good knowledge of foreign languages. Special thanks to Mrs. Sebine. Her positivity, attentiveness and professionalism really made our trip enjoyable. We will definitely come back here with a bigger family!

Hotel's Favourite
This place is breathtaking with amazing views, scenery and so much fun to be had. We stayed for 9 nights and overall we had an incredible time. Arrival; Your luggage is taken straight away by a staff member with out explanation (don’t panic though, they just put it to the side, ready for the mini taxi to take you to your room). We went in to reception and were greeted by a nice lady. Again, not much was explained apart from having to give over our passports and to sign our names. We were sat waiting for a short amount of time before they were returned to us, we were verbally given information about timings of restaurants, water park etc but a paper version or a leaflet in the room would be helpful to refer back to, we figured most out by ourselves over the next couple of days. We were taken outside and got our luggage and a ride to our room. Rooms; We were initially put in the first room, however it wasn’t accommodating for us at all. We are a family of 4 and with 4 beds out in the room there was no space for moving. The shower head didn’t stay put and the patio door didn’t lock. We aren’t ones to usually say anything but for the price we paid we thought this was a little bit ridiculous. We spoke in good manner to reception and they straight away showed us a different room, unfortunately it was the same size. They said to come back the following day as a room would be available then and as promised they sorted us out with a much more spacious room. We were very grateful and the staff were very helpful and understanding. In the new room the air conditioning worked for us and it was quiet. The cleaners done some nice little touches throughout the week such as heart shaped towels which puts a smile on your face. Pools/Beach; The pools are amazing. As you walk out, the pool to the left was the more subdued, relaxing pool. It felt like we had it to ourself most of the time! The pool to the right was more lively with music and activities, their is also an ‘infinity’ type pool which was nice but we only used is once. The floors are very very slippery so if you have little ones please be aware of this. We had no problem getting a sun bed by the quieter pool. We usually got to the pool around 10/10.30. We also got beds around the more lively pool on a couple of occasions. The beach is the busiest and was always rammed on the beds. It was fun jumping off the pier and the kids liked the swing to sit on, watching the fish swim by! Waterpark: Wow wow wow. SO much fun 🤩 felt like a big kid all week! Soo many slides, pools, a wave pool, plenty of food options. The kids loved it so much. The pools are open all day there but the slides open 10-12 and 2-5 (although usually they were back on before 2) . We usually went in the afternoon session and got a sun-bed to put our belongings on. We only ever used one sun-bed as we rarely sat down when we were in there so didn’t want to use them up unnecessarily ! Plenty of lifeguards. Friendly and tried to keep you cool by splashing you if you were waiting in the sun on the high slides 😂 Food; Main buffet restaurant, plenty of options and some really tasty food. The Chinese noodles create vultures out of people though so good luck getting them 😂 We only used the Italian and it was a nice venue, the food was nice and it was nice to have a restaurant vibe. Beach bar had food too which opened at 12. Ice cream was yum and doughnuts were popular, especially the pink ones 😅 There wasn’t any where to get food between 11-12 and 5-7 I believe but there is a shop you can buy snacks from if needed. Drinks; Again we aren’t big drinkers. I had a few cocktails which were nice, both alcohol and non alcohol. My partner drinks non-alcoholic beers which there was one of, luckily he asked the right member of staff as a few he asked after that didn’t have a clue they even had it 😅 It was stocked in most bars other than the pool bar but one of the waiters on skates came to realise this and was so kind, roller blading down to the beach bar to get some for my partner. (They use roller skates to serve drinks around the pool, or you can go up to the bar). Thank you to him, I unfortunately didn’t get him name but he was tall and had long hair tied up! Candy land/kids club I can’t comment on the kids club as my two weren’t interested but we looked over at the evening entertainment and the kids looked like they were having fun :) Candyland: you can get a bus from reception to take you up the hill (it’s not steep and easily walked) I would recommend walking as people just push in front of you to rush on to the bus which is ridiculous as they run every couple minutes. There is a mini fair in candyland, the rides are for 4 and younger I would say other than the bumper cars which my two loved. There is a large play area with soft play, rock climbing, trampolines, arcade games, bowling which was great. Entertainment; Again, I can’t really comment on this as we only went to a couple. It starts at 10. Get there half 9 though as tables fill up quickly, people hog the chairs too 😅 the shows we saw were ok, nothing enthralling but good enough. Staff; There are a lot staff, all always doing their bit. They are efficient, friendly, helpful. With respect there were some language barriers but overall communication was fine. They all work very hard and have a smile on their faces. Thank you Vogue Hotel Supreme, We have made some life long memories!

Stayed here for 11 nights in a superior garden view room with family and had a really good holiday apart from our last day… read on. Hotel: very clean, rooms cleaned everyday, grounds immaculate, staff even sweeping and mopping water from the paths outside to keep grounds clean and tidy. Staff: don’t really engage with guests, don’t go out their way to help or make sure guests are ok. If you have a question and approach reception they will speak but won’t go out of their way. Had to figure a lot of the hotel out on our own, most hotels we visit reception usually give you a few pointers when you check in of where to go etc. and where you will find entertainment and restaurants etc but there was none of this. A map or something on check in would be helpful. The service from the barman in hotel lobby was amazing though (guy with bandana) he was so friendly and would make his version of any cocktail you asked for! Food: loads of choice, something different every night. They have a theme every night which is good so you don’t get dishes repeating so often. You get 1 visit to the a la carte restaurant during your stay, we opted for the Turkish restaurant which was outstanding. (You have to book your table at 9am on the day you want to go). Impressed with the drink selection too, all inclusive drinks are served in cans and bottles. Pools: we spent most of our time at the large pool next to cabanas in front of hotel. There was also a little shallow pool next to this one for children with sand surrounding it. And you also have the beach just in front with plenty of sun loungers, we never had an issue trying to get sun loungers around the pool at anytime of the day which was good. Entertainment: we spent our evenings after dinner visiting the kids disco up at candy town, there’s a shuttle bus outside of hotel that runs you up and down or you can walk (steep hill, 5/10 min walk) the same shuttle bus runs you back and forth to candyland water park during the day right next to candy town. Candyland water park is brilliant, so much to do! Food and drink served here is also included in your all inclusive. Bodrum town: staff can call you a taxi outside the front of hotel costs about €20. We went here one night which was so busy and went for a visit during the day too. Full of restaurants and shops with a lovely marina. Last day: we asked at reception if we could keep one room on as our flight was later at night so we paid around £70 for this. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 children. The plan was to move myself and my fiancés luggage into my sister and her family’s room before checkout so we could all go and spend our last day at the pool etc. we done this and handed our key in for the room we had finished with. Fast forward to 4pm when myself and my fiancé went to the room to have showers to get ready for leaving for the airport. My sister and her family stayed at the pool to give us space to get ready. When we got into the room we noticed the maids had been in and made the bed and emptied the bins etc. I was gathering my clothes together that I would be wearing to travel home in and noticed my trainers were missing? We searched all over the room and couldn’t find them, behind suitcases in wardrobe etc. nothing. Went and had a shower, got ready then searched again. Still nothing, strange as they had been next to everyone else’s footwear on the unit under the mirror out on show for us putting on for departure. My sister reported this to reception as we felt they had been taken from our room that day. No one wanted to help. They just said something along the lines of they would make a note of it? Fast forward to us ready to leave for the airport and my sister happened to glance over from the other side of the room and spotted my trainers under the unit pushed flush against the back wall, they were obviously placed here in the hopes of us checking out without finding them so when we had left staff could take these as we were now gone. My sister also had flashbacks of throughout the stay that snacks that she had purchased from the overpriced shop int the hotel for the kids and kept in the room fridge were missing when going back to the room but she didn’t think much of it at the time. Wanted to explain this as it seems like a plan they had in place to be able to steal personal belongings. Left us feeling angry on our final day, definitely wouldn’t return for this reason.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL… Rude staff who call me unprofessional when I’m trying to book a room at the price they Emailed me 2 days ago! The hotels looks wonderful on their website but he was rude with no manners, talking over me… if this is the calibre of employee that works at this hotel… then I understand the awful reviews I’ve just read and will steer clear. Lots more to choose from 😡

I had previously written this review but was last August but was contacted by the hotel’s guest relations manager, Gokhan Acun, and he reluctantly asked me to remove the review and that in return I would get a free stay at their hotel this year so I removed it last November. I asked over and over about him being certain and he promised that he would get us confirmation letters sent straight away. However… It all turned out to be a big lie. Now he’s not answering any calls or texts and I’m getting blunt replies from the hotel telling me he doesn’t work there anymore, and after me explaining and showing them the messages, they are supposedly giving me a discount, which works out to be more expensive than what I paid last year 🤦🏽‍♂️ LUCKILY, although they are in Turkish, I have WhatsApp messages to prove it so I have attached them to this review. Ealsily get them translated to see the BS I was provided with. All in all, we had the worst holiday experience followed by a tail of lies just so they can cover the crap. So I will now continue with my previous review, and PLEASE READ CAREFULLY as it could potentially save you from a holiday nightmare which you will regret!! ‘I really don’t know where to start.. we paid £7000 for 10 nights for a room in the main building but when we arrived, I had to pay another £1200 as we were given an annex room miles away and I couldn’t afford to take that as I have 2 small kids. When I asked why I was told differently, the receptionist just stared. I had to change rooms 4 times on the first night as the rooms were smelling and you couldn’t see the sea although we paid a sea view room. We waited 3 hours for the baby cots, and the worst thing is I literally had to walk to reception 6 times as they would not pick up the phone. I started to shout at them and again, they would just stare. And without any exaggeration, there were at least another 8 people complaining. The Wi-Fi is absolutely terrible! For a class of this hotel sort I was very surprised. We had to go to Bodrum centre and buy SIM cards just for that reason. Every time I complained they would give a different excuse. Main reason was electricity cut out. Another issue was the air conditioning in the room which was apparently linked to the electricity cutting out. We constantly had to get up and switch it on during the night. A hotel of this standard shouldn’t have problems like electricity for all I know. There must be a way to prevent it. I have been to almost all the hotels in that region and around the world and I can say with confidence that this was the worst experience. We really got to the point of giving up and didn’t complain anymore as nothing was being done about it. I was told by the staff that the hotel was over capacity of roughly 1000 guests therefore short staffed all around. Breakfast, bar, cafe, restaurant, even trying to get a towel at the beach, there are massive cues because there is not enough staff. Staff were friendly and helpful but only so much they could do. The main restaurant opened for dinner at 7pm and every night, 100’s of guests would get ready to barge because there was not enough tables to 100’s of guests standing watching the others eat. These are petty things that you really shouldn’t encounter at a 5 star hotel, and there is only so much I can write here, but it was really a terrible experience. Therefore as nasty as it may sound, try and avoid this hotel.’

NIGHTMARE BE AWARE SPA STAFF STOLE MY Rolex WATCH! This vacation in Vogue hotel has been the worst vacation in my life. And believe me we have been in a lot of hotels in turkey and around the world. From the moment we came to the hotel, there’s no AIRCO in the lobby! We got to our room wich was a disaster! Everywhere dirt and untidy bathroom. My children cried they saw insects in their room and didnt wanted to take a shower even because it was that dirty! As I went back to complain and ask for another room their only awnser was : no rooms available. They didnt even tried to help at all. Breakfast was too crowdy and too less diversity in food and such a bad organisation, we waited 15mins for our coffee. Staff doesnt speaks any english at all in the hotel. I thought it would be fun to have a candyland in the hotel but believe me the up and down all the time is no fun at all in this heat. Foodcorner is only open till 16 o clock so be sure to eat on time otherwise you’ll starve. At the evening it’s so boring nothing to do and no activity for the kids. The candyland attraktions are only open till 10 o clock and go so slow that the kids cried to stop and didnt wanted to go on any attraction anymore. Only 4 attractions were open. If you go to the pay side each play is 10€ for 2 mins! Don‘t ever go to the SPA there they are a disaster! Worst spa in the world! Be aware don‘t pay this price you’ll be disappointed!

A group family holiday where 8/13 of us were incredibly poorly from the end of day two of our stay. Some who stayed the two weeks were I’ll more than once! No hot water for one family, no aircon for another, cockroaches and a room change for the next family and power cuts through the duration sporadically. A real disappointment. The grounds are beautiful. Most of the buildings are stunning and the view is amazing. That’s all this hotel has going for it. Poor staff. Poor management. Some of the excuses are beyond comprehension. Language barrier here was another huge pitfall. Order one thing, pot luck what you actually got. Across the board. Not what you want when you pay for an all inclusive supreme holiday. Candy land is well marketed for brochures online presence. It’s thrown together and you have to pay extra for a handful of it. Kids entertainment there is very little. A sweaty staff member in their old PE kit shouting and clapping is the extent of that. The little rooms look great but don’t actually hold or do anything, you wouldn’t even know about it unless you go off exploring. No evening entertainment period. Just a late night bar with dj. Which is ok but not great. Al a carte, you have to queue each morning to book. If you’re lucky. What a drag as a regular traveller I have never come across this before in any four/five star stays. The food in these places is mediocre at best. During our stay the hotel was closing. And don’t you know about it. Bars and restaurants no longer in use, the buffet closed down to one shelf and minimal cold food. Icecreams and bars without stock. Sun sheds disappearing next to you. The worst of it was the lights/electrics being cut out regularly. Ended up stuck in lifts and rooms etc. bloody appalling. Being smoked out while trying to eat by little lorries ferrying sun loungers away. I do not recommend this hotel, I did jot along with 13 others enjoy more than five mins during our stay. I wouldn’t return. Not even a respectable explanation or apology from management. Just that, ‘ he can’t make staff want to be here at this time or that they have big closing procedure going on ‘. We stayed after this at another local hotel which closed on the 1/11, the day we left. You’d never have known they were closing and thank god we went there instead of continuing to stay at the vogue! Awful!
