The Omar Hotel is located directly by the beach and has a private area for guests. Overall very nice appartment complex with a outdoor restaurant. Service is ok, relationship price/quality is good. Very nice views towards the sea. Parking is available on the street in front of the hotel.

We met the owner & she was lovely & very helpful. Old style apartment type room with a view of the bay. Lovely sunrise drinking coffee on the balcony & very nice pool. Close enough to crowded Bodrum to drive over when we wanted but enough away to be very relaxing. Took the ferry to Kos, Greece from Bodrum. The hotel restaurant was very good which was great because there are very few restaurants within walking distance. Parking a bit of a challenge but the hotel staff will help you with this. We highly recommend staying there.

If you want glam and glitz this isn't the place for you. If you want lovely friendly staff, a great location, and low-key real Turkey then this is the place. It's also really pretty. The area is dripping with nasty shiny places. Hotel Omar is just real and wonderful for it. As is Torba bay. A million miles from the (to me awful) mega-hotels that line the shores of the peninsula. My only criticism: the beds are truly terrible! The hotel is amazingly good value too. To the owners: please provide some comfortable beds for those that want them. Use the brilliant dolmus minibuses to go into Bodrum in the evening. 10 lira (50p) very well spent. As you can tell, apart from the blinking beds, I loved it!

Went there with my Parents for two nights.

Best view in Torba. Very clean and peaceful hotel. Typical white buildings like the rest of Bodrum with some beautiful colorful stairs and balconies.
Staff is very kind. Breakfast is great with the amazing sea and mountain view.

is the best in Torba, Bodrum. The close proximity to downtown Bodrum and excellent view of the bay makes this a gem in Torba. We stayed for 7 nights and loved the spacious rooms with balcony and view (all rooms are suites with one bedroom and living room which can be converted to second bedroom). All rooms have a fridge, TV, kettle and hot plate. What more can you ask for? The practicality of accessing to the beautiful beach in seconds along with great beach service (thanks to Mehmet) makes it a very desirable place to stay. Housekeeping(Fadime) also deserves five stars. Overall this is an excellent hotel with an excellent price!!! This would be my first choice if I go to Bodrum again.

between quality, location and service. Its not the most luxurious which is ok with me but the other things were almost perfect. Really is a great value and comfortable. I have to say the breakfast is pretty disappointing but really the only downside.

just back from Torba, had good holiday but if it had been my first trip to turkey I probably wouldn't rush back. Resort lovely, very picturesque. A must visit is to Olivia at night on the beach, very laid back and great food. Why is the wine always so overpriced in Turkish restaurants? Hotel very friendly but we had an apartment below people who wore shoes and walked around a lot late at night and early in the morning!! The cafe below the hotel played very loud music and you could hear club voyage's music late into the night. Turkish people as always were wonderful.

The rooms are spacey but furniture needs to be renewed soon as they are v basic and old. TV location in the room is disappointing. Breakfast food quality is not inline with room pricing. If you are not a tea person then you have to go with the cheapest dissolving coffee available and no cream. Not enough tables to sit in shadow during hot summer. Some bar staff were rude, but beach personnel Ok. Extra drinks&food expensive. But I think that's the same everwhere in Bodrum, now.

The hotel is lovely but the food is really bad nearly always cold and tasteless the staff didn't smile at all our room 103 had old bits of soap on the upstairs bathroom window sill when we arrived and was still there at the end of our stay i wouldn't be surprised if its still there hence the reason for putting the room number maybe house keeping could check this out . The stairs to go upstairs are really unsafe and would not pass safety tests .
Although there were 3 of us staying we only had 2 outside chairs and only 2 bottles of water left each day The only positive thing i can say about the hotel is the pool area which was lovely during the weekend but very busy on a weekend Ice cream is provided but only on a monday wednesday and friday for 1 hour
The ala carte meal wasn't much better than the restaurant which you can once a week during your stay

We stayed here for a couple of days and I highly recommend this hotel. Service was excellent, staff was really friendly. The hotel offers a rather deep swimming pool and owns a large strip of beach. Breakfast was wonderful with fresh cheese, olives, tomatoes and cucumbers, fresh bread and jams.

The only negative point about this hotel is its neighboring resorts which are rather loud on certain nights. Otherwise, village offers a few convenience stores, a few restaurants and a bus that drives you for 3 Turkish lira (1.50 dollars) to Bodrum's city center.
