Glad we stayed here for our two nights in Ashland. The location is super! We walked to plays, tours, and workshops--were easily where we needed to go in five to ten minutes. Since being "downtown Ashland" is a major part of the theater experience, this...More

We enjoyed everything about the Bard’s Inn. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was very clean, comfortable beds, and a perfect location to the festival! Next time we will try the restaurant. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay at Bard's Inn with our dog. The first stay was during the winter months, when I expect the hotel wasn't as busy and we had a lovely room in one of the newer buildings. This time, we were in the...More

On the main street into town, the Inn is well situated but rooms are small, showers dismal and there is not enough luggage space. The breakfast that is included is OK though the coffee is on the weak side.

It is not directly on I 5. You need to take an exit and a road that goes parallel to I 5. It's not really much of a detour. I felt very safe there. Ashland is an upscale community. I don't think anything ever happens there... More

Parking is free. There is a lot for the main building and one across the street for the annex building (where we stayed). Our car sat in the lot the whole time as we were able to walk everywhere.
