Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is the best conceived and run hotel I have ever stayed in. It is safe, clean, comfortable. The grounds are a horticulturist paradise, and the staff is wonderful. They are professional, friendly and kind. I’d recommend staying here anytime you are in or near Austin.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, very quiet and covid safe spot. There was a problem with our original rooms shower, so they upgraded us to a two bath for free. Second bedrooms door wouldn't close . So in conclusion, safe, amazing staff, very clean and affordable, but the building appears to have been remodeled in the cheapest of ways. (Not a great kitchen)

Habitat Suites has the friendliest staff and the eco-friendliest surroundings at one of the most reasonable price point of anywhere you can stay in Austin. I have been booking my stays there for 20 years now and highly recommend them!

The location is very easy to get to and from places and there isn't much within walking distance, so driving/commuting is a must from this location. All the rooms in the suite were very clean when we walked in. I thought the bed was pretty hard and the pillows were very dense and lumpy, but it wasn't the worst sleep I've had. There were (I think) frogs outside of our bedroom window that were very vocal at night, so that played into the poor quality of sleep. The shower head was at shoulder height for me (I am 5'10") so I had to duck a bit to wash my hair, so if you're tall be prepared for that. The kitchen was nice yet small - the sink was a little tiny to wash some of the pans/pots, but it was workable. I liked that the kitchen had a toaster, oven, and microwave; it also had a dishwasher if that's a must for you. If you plan on cooking in the kitchen, maybe bring a knife and measuring cups/spoons as the knife supplied was a pretty dull, small, paring knife, and there weren't any measuring utensils - also there was no Baking dish (like a 9x9 or 9x13) so if you get a hankering to make brownies you'll be out of luck. The overall space/vibe of the hotel was very calm and relaxing - even with construction going on a street over (you could hear it occasionally but it wasn't disruptive). The trees and plants around the property were very pretty and well maintained. The two times I interacted with staff they were very nice and accommodating. Due to the pandemic, they weren't serving any food - so breakfasts and room service were off the table, but with an in room kitchen it wasn't much of an issue. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this to people who want to stay in a location that is easy to get to and from and that has a peaceful atmosphere.

We were so happy to find this great hotel in Austin. We loved everything about our experience and will definitely stay again - we're planning our return trip. We've already recommended Habitat Suites Hotel to family and friends. It was a great experience!

had a wonderful stay. Quiet and clean. Each room was like a one bedroom apartment with full hotel amenities. The full kitchen was awesome. Made steak and gnocchi! TV with sleeper sofa made for great daytime naps! Great stay!

I stayed with my wife at Habitat Suites for two nights. I was there for business and my wife was able to relax at the suites while I was gone during the day. The stay for the both of us was very comfortable and relaxing. The service was great. (very commendable for the entire staff, due to the pandemic situation)

We got here right when COVID19 started and the staff have been the best. Any issues we may have had they fixed right away yes AC went out but they put us in another room till it was fixed. The housekeeping is awesome I'm use to cleaning for myself so it took a minute for me to want them to work harder to clean after my family but they assured me it was ok. they are awesome whatever we needed clean towels sheets toilet paper during covid19 anything we needed we got with nothing but humbleness and willingness to service us. We chose to stay here for 3 the least 2 months till house was built but due to COVID19 we are here longer and they have been so good to us. Made us feel at home. I have stayed at 4 and five star but nothing can beat great great service. The hotel we first chose before here was a nightmare and God showed us this place to be worry free until my home is built. Thank you Habitat Suites and Staff you are five star hotel to me and my family.

We love Habitat Suites and consider it our home away from home. We get a full 1 bedroom apartment for the price of a hotel room. It’s beautiful greenery and privacy can’t be beat. Clean, comfortable, serene.

The lobby and people in it are pleasant. There is relaxing music playing in the lobby. The breakfast nook is nice. The room was awful. The AC cut off in the middle of the night so I'd wake up sweating. The showerhead was like 3' off the floor of the tub so I had to squat down to wash my hair. The temperature of the shower would vacillate between boiling hot and freezing cold. The water pressure was poor. RV's provide a better shower experience. The ceiling in the bedroom was multicolored due to drywall repair after a roof repair. Apparently painting the ceiling to match was not worth the effort. This hotel at about $120/night was basically camping. Parking spaces were narrow and limited in number. We wouldn't recommend this hotel.
