Very nice and remodeled hotel They have updated lobby area, outside terrace with a very good taste. Rooms are big with new bed linens. Starbucks coffee location inside the hotel. Arboretum has a lot of shopping and Restaurants to walk. Price was kind of high because the Austin city limits festival. Parking can be better.

Stayed here for a conference. Nice hotel. 3rd floor with city view (which was garage roof LOL). No problem as on business, who needs a view? Very quiet floor despite having 9 story atrium outside my door. Only one restaurant in hotel plus a deli for snacks and coffee. But within 5 minute walk about 5 local and chain restaurants...

Platinum Marriott member and stay over 200 nights a year. Usually don't get Renaissance hotels so was a nice change. Room was large and had a great Southern view of downtown and the hills. I was on the 9th floor with the concierge lounge. Breakfast was alright with a good selection. Avoided the evening meal and chose to walk to...

My review is based on the fact we were on a holiday visit to Austin. The hotel in my opinion is for businessmen and events.
