It was ok but a little tight for two people. Next time I will definetly spring for the one bedroom. Building is a little old but overall...

We needed a place for 7 people to stay during the Rally to Restore Sanity. Basically, all we were looking for was a roof and a bathroom, and a hotel in which we could sneak several people into one room. Even with those standards, this place was pretty squalid. The "lobby" is really just a tiny entry way that requires...

Had to ask for Bathroom Tissue and clean towels consistently and they only cleaned the bathroom and changed the bed linen once without asking. Our...

This place is old smelling and every bad review about this place is right, the room was so small you couldnt get away from your own self. It stank of must and the toilet was dirty. The lady at the front had a bad attitude and didnt even want anyone to help me take my luggage to my room. I...

“Travel an additional 5 minutes to Franconia - Springfield and stay near the metro where there are much better neighborhoods and availability of restaurants and shopping at ten bucks more per night, Downtown Alexandria near King Street metro is beautiful but pricy. Metro is an outstanding and only way to travel to the sites downtown, if you get caught up on Bragg Street or must be in this area, stay at the Day's Inn on Bragg.”

“Try to get room more toward the center of the building as the far ends are difficult to get wifi connection. Also, better to get lower floors as higher up you can hear more of the traffic on 395 going by.”
