By local standards a five-star hotel de luxe. From outside it is a modern, business-friendly hotel yet the interior looks like a reality show shooting studio featuring the usual shabby chic kitsch. The service is actually quite decent, staff is making an effort, most were cordial and friendly, displaying decent communication skills. My room on 6th floor was spacious and... More

We took the hotel because it offered the best value for pricing! It had a lower price than the 4 Star hotel right accross the street. Very Good service and a very Good bed! Nice rooftop bar and Good parking. I will stay there again even though I am not on high maintenance but the whole package was very Good... More

This hotel looks new and nice but the staffs attitude is bad 😳 The location is okey, rooms are clean and new, suitable for families and couples. The serving staff at the restourant were being so rude we did not understand why, at least a customer deserves a smile, I think.

Very nice hotel in the heart of town near the park. A eight floor bilding is ten years old but very nice decorated and well maintained. The wifi worked in all hotels areas. Only the lift has alwas a delay. The breakfast has sufficient choices, fruits, grilled vegetables and sweats. But the caffe was extra. The price was high for... More

After driving over 2000 miles we turned up in our scruff, our mud covered dirty vehicle did not fit in to well with all the new sports cars. The looks from some of the guests was priceless. However the staff were outstanding and very helpful. Our rooms were plush and very clean the dressing gowns were a little small but... More

We were pleased with the price of this hotel at £55 but a lot of the facilities were not available including pool, sauna, steam room and gym. The Wi-Fi did not work nor did the Jacuzzi bath. On the upside the beds are comfortable and the rooms are big. The staff are friendly. I would stay here again at this... More

Nice location. Nice rooms. as someone said people smoking everywhere, but that is common problem in Albania, or Balkans overall. Service wan't bad, but that depends actually who you meet of staff. not bad for this part of world.

Modern hotel with reasonable rooms. Clean yet basic. It's the most expenssive hotel in town and is a bland building right in the center of town. Breakfast was a let down. The most annoying aspect was that people smoke everywhere around the public area even in areas clearly marked as non-smoking. Staff cooperates by providing ashtrays
