Hi chsiung20 yes you can take a taxi and take about 20 min from airport. The hotel is in a central point of the city where are many tourist, so is a safe zone. Have a good trip

"look for rooms on road side,they are noisy but window always helps"
"Try to get a room off the street. There will be no window so be aware of that, but you will sleep better (no noise)"
"Room 2 had a double bed and two bunk beds as well as a private bathroom. It would be very small for a family but was fine for a couple."
