Excellent service and location to explore nature around Bonito. Personnel is friendly and helpful. WiFi service around Bonito is bad. If the hotel is full, forget it. However, who needs internet when nature, the pool and the spa offer a much better experience?

Zagaia is one of the best resorts available in Bonito! With good self service food, well served breakfast and lots of things to do it is specially suited for kids since they have plenty of programmers that will invent dozens of kids games and stuff! Very good pool area with both cold and hot tubs! Rooms are clean and spacey!...

Stayed at this resort at the newly built rooms and had a great time! Property is very large, food quality is not bad, and facilities in general are very good. Staff could be a little more hospitable, but in general had a great time!

I stayed at Zagaia with my family coming from Pantanal. What a difference... The room was small, smelling bad, the bathroom is dirt with black spots everywhere. Also them don´t have nets, so the mosquitoes had their meals inside our room. The television does not work well. We pointed all the problems to the manager at reception but every day...

It's a nice place to come with child. Hotel rooms in the new area are very big. Food is good but not the best. You can see many animals around the area of the hotel. It's necessary reservations in advanced to visit the many attractions around the area.

This is the best family resort in Bonito. The hotel is excellent. The poll complex is great, with wet bar, indoor heated pool, jacuzzis and a great big outdoor poll. The hotel serves great breakfast and a fair dinner which is normally included when you book. Their are monitors for the kids and several different activities. All in all very,...

If you don't mind music all day: breakfast, lunch, pool and dinner... enjoy it! breakfast need to be improved on the healthy side. dinner very good, but ending at 9h30 pm seems too early and the music during dinner block any possible conversation on the table, they have to distinguish a dinner from a karaoke. rooms are poor on furniture,...

Your arrival at the hotel is really impressive, as it is really huge with a fishing pond, tennis courts, etc. It's a very beautiful hotel - outdoors. It is out of town (kind 10-15 min from downtown by car - BRL25,00 each way), so, if you intend to buy something or eat in different restaurants, you should consider this. Staff...
