Location: a few steps of Savassi Square (+). Clerk service: fantastic as I had to cancel my 1st booking. Everything done, nothing charged (+). Bedrooms: noisy air-conditioning (-). Breakfast: regular.

Promenade Ianelli is safe, modern enough with decent sized rooms. The one bed apartments are really spacious and a great option for a couple. They also have decent water pressure and hot water - a definite bonus in Brazil. Front desk speak good English and are helpful. Gym and swimming pool were fine. There is a construction site close by...

Went in June for the World Cup. Price Gouging was to be expected bu at this hotel there wa none of that. This hotel probably offered the biggest bang for your buck. The atmosphere was truly amazing, shuttled to the stadium, free breakfast. For those of you have been to Austin it was like being on 6th Street. Lively people...

This is a very conveniently located hotel and for that reason Id stay again, but, I will take earplugs as even though I was on the 15th floor it was loud and I was woken up on a number of occasions in the early hours by street noise. This hotel really needs an overhaul and the hallway carpets look like...

Everything in Brazil is expensive and this was no different, however; the state of the room was very disappointing. Stained carpets and dark hallways lead you to some very old rooms which look good on the website. The location is terrific and I think this is what keeps this place so pricey. I found this hotel to exceed my expectations. First of all, the neighborhood was alive with excitement for the World Cup, but would be fun at all times with great restaurants and bars. We spent two nights here, paying around GBP 50 per night for a suite, with breakfast for two. Spacious, comfortable accomodation; large, well-equipped bathroom; decent breakfast (although the coffee never seemed to get refilled promptly); Wi-Fi worked fine. We had a quiet room away from the street overlooking the pool, but I can imagine that some rooms facing the streets...

This is my favourite hotel in the Promenade family in Belo Horionte. The hotel is very close to the Shopping Patio Savassi. The rooms are all suites, with good standard. The breakfast is reasonable and could be better. I like coming back to this hotel.
