I was in room 1506.The a/c was noisy but got it nice and cold.No view from this room.It is close to Copacabana beach,nice staff.Good breakfast ,so many choices.i paid about $98.00 per night.I was there 10 days and 9 nights.

Yes it will be open, we stayed in April 16 and had to get up for a flight at 4am and had a full cooked breakfast buffet so I don't think checking in after 10 will be too much of a problem.
