This is one the worst hotels that I stayed in my entire life. The problems starts at the front desk, we made the reservation for 2 nights and the reservation was just for one, the room is very small, not very well illuminated. The decoration is ugly and turn the environmental worst. The breakfast is included but is not very...

I made an advanced check-in and informed my arrival time. The keys were available at arrival, but did not open the door of the room. I went back to the reception desk, that changed my room, instead of exchanging the keys. The air conditioner did not work in the new room. I telephoned the reception desk, they sent someone from...

I didn't like its location. No bars or restaurants around, however close to public transportation. Staff is really friendly. While I was there the air conditioning was not working. The room need some renovation.

The room is simple but comfy. I like the bed but the pillow was softer in the original Ibis. With the new liquid soap in the sink and shower, the bathroom get much more practical. The breakfast is good, but it lacks local food. The amenities of the restaurant was too crownded. You may need to figth for a table...

Well located, quiet place, at least in weekends. Close to malls. Good breakfast for what you pay. You have a parking lot at the hotel, there are others nearby. The other guests are very friendly. The rooms have a good size.

Staying in Pinheiros

Neighbourhood Profile
Pinheiros
Exploring Pinheiros, a neighbourhood known for cozy restaurants and cafes, you will notice a youthful energy. Several cultural centres and institutes surround the area and even its main church, Calvário, hosts a traditional Brazilian “Festa Junina” - a celebration with traditional music, dance, and food during the months of June and July. On the weekends, residents gather at Benedito Calixto Square, a loud and crowded area where people enjoy live music drinks alongside the antiquities fair.
