Great hotel with very clean room, very nice breakfast buffet and very nice area. The wi-fi was very bad at our room and sometimes it didn't work at all. There was a lot of people in the hotel, but it was still very quiet. Other than the wi-fi it was a great hotel, that we got to a good price.

When the staff goes above and beyond with everything they do, it makes your travel life better. The employees are fantastic. All the lobby staff speak impressive English. They were always willing to answer questions, make suggests, set up tours, and give directions for any and everything. The area is safe, which is very important as I am a solo...

Pros: location, breakfast, staff. Rooms could be bigger though. But they are comfortable enough. I also felt that the walls were too thin, I could hear some noises coming from the other rooms. They also have a small but nice area with sauna and jacuzzi. The gym is small and a little tight with little space to exercise, but It...

Spent 3 nights here in this vibrant city. Very safe location in a great neighborhood just a few blocks from subway. Forget the news about violence in this city - this area is perfectly fine. I walked all over from this location including to the large central park with museums. Comfy room, strong wifi, reasonable rate, excellent breakfest and great...

I highly recommend this hotel! The location was great and the staff could not have been more friendly. The breakfast buffet was great as well. The rooms were clean and were slightly above average, but it was the people that made a difference on this one. Shout out to Moises who filled my water bottle for me! 🤗

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and stayed 3 nights at this hotel. It's one of the less expensive hotels in the area which is what we were looking for this trip. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. There was also someone at the front desk that spoke English (a plus for us non Portuguese...

The hotel is located in central Paulista-Jardins area, which is very close to lots of restaurants, public transport hubs & shopping malls. The staff was so friendly & helpful. They had very good breakfast buffet as well with many options. Wifi is faster & easy to connect. Only drawback is room sizes are smaller.

Staying in Jardins

Neighbourhood Profile
Jardins
Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighbourhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighbourhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. In Jardins you will also find a trendy museum, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), which people often line up for hours to visit. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.
