Great location, good service hard to beat for value for money. Left a wallet in our room, tracked us down on a boat to Mandalay and had the wallet delivered to our hotel in Mandalay on the same day, exceptional service!

Sorry for late reply, no they did not but the rooms all had AirCon and sealed windows from memory, - it's a nice hotel not a hostel, mosquitoes were not a problem for us in hotel or around temples we were there in September... More
