Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The hotel has a beautiful garden setting and room though not luxurious is good. It is relaxing to walk around the compound. The breakfast area is next to the swimming pool and has an open setting, being surrounding by palm trees. The service is good and the staff are friendly.

I fall in love with this hotel, like stay back in a place one hundred years back. Lobby is something you can’t find in general hotel. Breakfast is good. Staffs are nice and they also help me wearing Burmese style sarong.

It is large hotel but very few guest while we're staying last month therefore we had very relaxed with so quiet surrounding. Due to few guest hotel doesn't serve buffet breakfast as usual,it's bit unhappy for us. Otherwise, this hotel has many advantages factors such as rooms are spacious, full amenities have provided, good staffs, very cheap prices under promotion period, good wifi, nice location etc. Design of the hotel is harmonize mixed with ancient and modern architecture and looks so unique and grand. Huge garden and shady trees make visitor feel the green and natural breeze, which I like best from it. It's about 7mins drive to airport and 15 mins away from Bagan Ancient site.

Great new hotel on the outskirts of town however they rent mopeds to get in to town. Felt like ghost town as we appeared to be the only guests, but hey service was great. Nice large pool, bar and restaurant.

Such a nice lobby, grounds, restaurant, pool. It was such a shame the guest rooms were not kept clean. The room just was not clean, bathroom could be nice if staff were trained on what westerners perceive as clean. Our room also had mosquitos that ate us up. Breakfast had fruit, breads, hot beans, potatoes, bacon, omelet station.

To be honest, I was staying at different hotel although I have passed this hotel when I enter Bagan. My initial thought was that this place is going to be overpriced and will be deserted due to its location. After miscommunication with the hotel we previously booked, we have to look for a hotel after spending one night. We have tried number of hotels without any luck and finally I called this place and got a booking. This is when I realized that this hotel has reasonably price and hidden paradise among other hotel. The pool, rooftop breakfast surrounded by mountains and empty vast land around added more value to the place. I have to add one more day to my planned holiday just to stay at the hotel.

Have spent 2 nights at this hotel..It is still new to Bagan ( was opened a year ago) but was fully packed with visitors when we visited during water festival. The hotel is quite close to airport but have to take about 7-8 mins drive to get to the town. The staffs are pretty awesome and friendly. The hotel itself is amazing in structure. I'm still willing to spend my holidays there again.

I only stayed for one night so I didn't fully enjoy the service and ambiance since I was out all day. I got an upgrade of King-size bed when I arrived and hotel start was nice enough to let me check in at 9:30am when the room is available, so I could go sightseeing without leaving the luggage in the taxi trunk. This hotel is big and far from city centre, that's the only inconvenience if you plan to go explore on your own. And the air conditioner outside of the window was a bit noisy every time it started. The place is beautiful with its setting and architecture. It is a new hotel only open for one year. Staff are very polite and helpful. Cold drinks when you arrive. I would recommend this place!

This hotel really looks nice on the photos. But what a unpleasant surprise to enter your room. Dirty! Never cleaned properly. I hate hairs from other guests, but one can happen... but here it were big bushes of hair.. disgusting Breakfast is simple Swimmingpool looks nice but is not well maintained. This hotel needs new management! Never again!! Oh and price quality it's too expensive.
