Stayed here for 5 nights in a double room with private bathroom. The room was comfortable and had a table and chairs and place to store clothes and suitcases. Breakfast was good and included fresh fruit salad and you could make your own eggs. If you were leaving early for a tour they made a breakfast pack for you so... More

I stayed there for 5 days. Breakfast was average: only instant coffee, but delicious fruit salad which unfortunately was sometimes gone and not refilled (especially if you having breakfast at 9 and not 7am). They offered free water and had a great service for cleaning up beds, bedrooms and bathrooms. The hostel is not in the center of the city... More

This is a well run hostel and a convenient distance from the village centre (5-10 minute walk). All rooms are centred around a small courtyard - we stayed in a private double, which was small but comfortable. The toilets and showers are clean and serviced at least twice a day, with shower gel and shampoo provided in the showers. Breakfast... More

I would highly recommend staying here. Peaceful surroundings, big rooms, comfy beds and hot water make this an ideal base for all your san pedro adventures. It is a mere 10 min walk to the main street.

Second time at a hostle and was pleasantly surprised. Great breakfast included ,beds good, small room but adequate. The house keeper kept the place so clean! The manager was excellent and on the ball about everything. Two block walk from the bus station. Convenient to town. Cute place with lots of tours to enjoy.

A beautiful and relaxed hostel located a short walk to Caracoles Main Street in San Pedro de Atacama. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the rooms are comfortable and quiet (my bed was even remade for me everyday!) and the communal kitchen and bathroom areas are kept very clean. Guests can help themselves to hot drinks and fresh drinking... More

I spent 2 days in a room for 2 people with private bath, but I found it very expensive, for what is offered. Warm water is a positive point, but the room is very small and the bed is not so comfortable. The structure is very rustic as great part of city.

I got very lucky with this reservation, I had booked with another place a week before my trip and the old hostel called me 2 days before I left and said my reservation had been cancelled. Hostal Mama Tierra saved me! They had a private room (paid 80.000 in cash about $120) for 3 nights and it was cozy. They... More

Fantastic welcome where we were shown the amenities at the hostel and the range of activities in the area. We ended up booking three tours through the hostel a all of which were very good and saved us the hassle of trying to navigate the countless agencies in the town. Our double room was a little small but lean and... More

I had a super great stay with my sister in a private room with 2 beds. The kitchen is quite big and there are 5 bathrooms. The personnel (especially Mijal) is super helpful, they work with the most trustful agencies from San P. de A. Is obvious that Mijal loves her job and she loves making a great experience for the customers... More
