The hotel is clean and has great views. The staff is pretty unfriendly and not helpful. The price is great and you can find lots of help and great food from the restaurant just in front of this hotel.

We booked one of the Japanese style rooms (Deluxe King room) and stayed only for one night. The hotel is relatively close to the Tourist distribution center, where we arrived by bus. The room was small but clean. We liked that the hotel sells tickets to the mountain, there is also a small shop in the lobby and they provide... More

Rooms are very simple, but that's to be expected given the economical price point. The staff (particularly Ms. Xie) were very helpful when suggesting how to get to and from Huangshan Mountain and the surrounding area. As a word of caution for foreigners, you might struggle if you do not speak Chinese; however, basic understanding (speaking and reading) should suffice.

Background: My visit to Huangshan comprised of the following: Day 1: Take a bus from Hangzhou to Tangkou straight. Leave luggage at hotel then take the cable car up to Huangshan. Stay at Huangshan peak (see my review of Paiyunlou Hotel for more details) Day 2: Hike in Huangshan for a bit, then head down to Tangkou and stay the... More

I booked this hotel after seeing a lot of positive reviews on Tripadvisor and was left dissapointed. As it was the Golden Weeks holiday when we stayed the room price was over 300RMB for a standard room, had I paid the price quoted by others I may have seen the room in a more favourable light. The room was in... More

Convenient location for trip to Yellow Mountain; offer shuttle service to Official Tourist Shuttle and store luggage if spending night at summit. The bathroom is a wet room for the shower; bath mat is provided but the surrounding floor is slippery. We suggest you use the blue rubber slippers. Staff member understood that we planned to spend one night on... More

We stayed there for three nights. The rooms are spacious, clean and cheap. We payed 80 yuan per night excluding breakfast for 15 yuan per person. The staff does not speak English but we helped ourselves with translation software on our phone respectively on her computer. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the tourist buses heading to Mt.... More

Clean, comfortable and nicely run inn by friendly staffs. I managed booked a room here via email in English. There is a personalized briefing at 6:30pm on how to tackle huangshan, what to bring etc, which was extremely helpful. They first asked about your plan, whether you plan to do day trip or stay at the mountain and where, then... More

1314 in Mandarin meant "From Now to Eternity"....there's a urban myth of how this hotel came about, a visiting traveller fall in love with a local lady & he decided to stay on "from now to eternity" to keep her company. The hotel has various types of hotel rooms, spread over five floors. Wifi is very potent here. The room... More
