I would give it a 3.5 stars because the pillows could have been more firm, they were too soft which made it very hard to sleep and I had two pillows. The mattress was too hard, it could have been softer. Small people have a hard time sleeping on a really firm mattress.

This hotel wasn't bad at all. It was definitely do able for a short stay (we only stayed one night) the front desk staff (2 guys, I forgot their names) were phenomenal. They were friendly and professional during our stay. Breakfast was the worst part. Lots of variety but the food was either burnt or old and hard. I think... More

The pool area was taken over by a birthday party and it made it impossible for anyone else to use. Plus they left it disgusting. The indoor pool was the reason we chose to stay there. Also the breakfast staff was miserable to be there. Didn't act like they wanted to serve us and the food was awful.

I was in town for my nephew's wedding. He selected the hotel. My room smelled like cigarette smoke. The bed was nice and firm. There was no inclusive breakfast. The people at check in/desk were nice. One family member requested a room change because of the smell. Paper thin walls! Heard neighbors having conversation.

Always have good luck at this hotel. Good location. Helpful staff. Close to many good restaurants. Close to shopping. It is easy to access from Birmingham and Birmingham airport. Facility is always clean and staff are helpful.

The king sized bed was very uncomfortable! The mattress sank in like a hole! We did not sleep well 😒 The room was clean, but the refrigerator was barely cold. The "pantry" downstairs was convenient to use.

We initially spent 2 nights in a room with 2 queen beds with no problems. Because of the hurricane on the east coast, we needed to stay another night. Our room was already booked by others, but the front desk help was great in giving us a junior suite with a king and sofa bed at the same rate, as... More

Everything was great except for the wifi access in my room which dropped out every one minute I was using it. It would connect fine, but when watching videos it would drop out. The bed was great and so was the room. Everything was clean.
