Guesthouse Maksimilian

Traveller (77)
Room & Suite (24)

Guesthouse Maksimilian is situated in the very centre of the old, baroque part of Osijek (,,Tvrda"- The Fortress). A distincive Austo- Hungarian touch of the Art Nouveau style, individual approach and modern facilities at reasonable prices, make us ideal accommodation for short business trips, family visits, weekend breaks... As the present owners, we are giving our best in restoring the house respecting the uniqueness and the tradition of the object itself. We are proud to anounce that our guesthouse is TripAdvisor "TravelersChoice winner" for 2015. Maksimilian is a relaxed, romantic and hopefully inspiring place to stay, miles away from the big hotels with lots of stars. Luckily, our guests are our stars!

All traditional tastes I can find here but still feel modern and safe. Architecture, furniture, food and every detail made me to feel like I am 17th century but hospitality of people and all modern technology they have here made me to feel safe! I am so greatful to my bussines

Stayed here a few nights as part of a group tour. Vlad and his family made us all feel very welcome. I had a spacious, clean single room, which met my every need well. Breakfast was fresh and simple. Loved sitting out in the beautiful courtyard to gave a few drinks each evening.
