HR & ENGL: Bili smo 4 noci. Sretno :) IT'S NOT WORTH THAT MONEY. For 200 eur per night, the service should be good and there should not always be something missing or broken. This is realistically 3 or 3 and a half stars, not 5. It is not warm enough in the room and the main heating is on the air conditioning which dries the air very much. Outdoor jacuzzi sometimes has enough hot water, and sometimes not, sometimes just turn it off because it snowed, breakfast sometimes lacks food, and not enough food (modest breakfast not for 5 stars or 200 eur night), sometimes the caretaker leans the boards on your balcony and obscure the view, so there is no coffee sugar or teaspoon in the room ... Sound insulation is bad and if you have a little more restless people above, everything can be heard ... The food in the restaurant is quite expensive and of all qualities (sometimes good, sometimes bad) - but again overpriced. The internet is also weak. The stove in the sauna (which is charged extra) is not fenced, so it burns easily ... and so ... everything is as it is, and everything is halfway. The staff at the reception are great and they work hard and part of the staff is good (waiter Dominik for example) but this place does not deserve the status of 5 stars or the price of a night. In my opinion ... the fair value is about 40% -50% of what they charge. It wasn't terribly bad, but it's not worth the money and we certainly won't go back or recommend it to anyone - for 70 eur yes, for 200 no! Good luck :)

The 5 star rooms with jacuzzi in house 5 are super cozy with good heating. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. They have their own dogs in their little zoo that your dogs can play with. The national park is a short walking distance from the hotel.

Staff friendly and beautiful room. Very good breakfast too. The restaurant was closed (due to off season). The hotel is located just at entrance 3 which allow to enter the park at foot and leave the car at the hotel. Very handy! Unfortunately the hotel is very poorly isolated from sound of the other rooms. We were only 2 rooms booked in one house but we could hear every move. I can't imagine how it is during summer season. A shame...

Take this review with a grain of salt as we were upgraded from their 4 star rooms to their 5 star portion of the hotel for free. The room was very nice and clean and well stocked with amenities. Our upgraded room was a two story suite with the upstairs having a large bed, jet bathtub and separate entrance to the outside and the lower floor having a large bed as well, table with 4 chairs for dining, kitchenette including sink and cooking range (no pots) and outside jacuzzi. The breakfast area is very cute but with few options (not vegan or gluten free friendly). They have a small “zoo” with some goats, miniature horses and some dogs. The parking is free and there are many spaces. The hotel is located about 15 minute walk away from entrance 3. (The hotel kept telling us 5 minutes which threw us off because we kept thinking we missed it. We are all skinny and fit...it’s a 15 minute walk at least.) also the entrance 3 may or may not be manned so you may not need to show tickets upon entry. Overall we had a wonderful stay at this hotel but like I said, we got a fantastic upgrade for free.

Last weekend I was a little bit busy but ... i was located in beautiful place, Plitvice, ethno house. Rustical ambience with modern rooms. Very friendly staff. Traditional foods-very tasty. No snow this time. National park is few minutes away
