Apartments 'Monika' is a small family business. It consists of 5 apartments in a holiday home in a small village on the island of Krk, called Punat. The island of Krk is the Croatian biggest island in the north of the Adriatic coast. Connected by a bridge to the mainland, Krk has many pictoresque villages, breathtaking bays and beaches for your summer vacation. Punat is one of the biggest Croatian nautical centers,as well as the island center of olive growing. It prides itself on a real gem in the middle of the bay - a small island Kosljun. The apartments are located 100m from the sea and 200m walk from the town center. The marina being only 5 minutes away, their location is ideal for boaters. Not only are our apartments beautifully furnished meeting all the requirements of your stay (sheets, towels, a toaster, coffee machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, glasses, cutlery, plates, satellite TV, air conditioning, parking place, etc., provided), but also each apartment has a large terrace with a beautiful view of the Punat bay, the marina and te Kosljun island.

Can't say anything bad about the appartement, we had the cellar apartment for 2 nights. We were received really well by francois who gave us a lot of tips. The restaurants and harbour is a 3min walk. Free parking at the back and a nice terrace for our apartment. You have to pay for the airconditioning extra but we didn't needed it at night.

Six days staying at Monika Apartmani, during Ferragosto week 2015. Good location for southern beaches of Krk Island (by car) and center of Punat (walking); cozy and fully equipped flat; relaxing sunset view on the marina. Monika and Francois have been always very kind and smart with us. We can suggest it to everybody.

We booked 2 apartments: apartment 4 & apartment 1. For both apartments I can say: you get what you see on the pics on internet! Everything worked well, the rooms were clean and tidy. We were welcomed again with a delicious chocolate cake made by our host Monika. Again everything was gread and I am sure that we will come again!

Every year we go to Island Krk and Monika apartments are our favorite! Parking is free, and the owners are the best. Very friendly and helpful. The apartments are clean and they have more than you really need. The city center is 3 minutes walking distance and the beach is also near.

You get what is advertised on the internet: spacy and very comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilets, living room and kitchen. Towels and blankets are available and included in the price. The kitchen is very well equipped and it’s always possible to ask if further things are needed. The apartment is perfectly located between Marina Punat and the center of Punat. Lots of restaurants & bars are nearby as well as the beach. Everything is within walking distance! Please also check our pics! PLUS … a really friendly and welcoming owner of the apartment – thank you very much, Monika! You and the apartment made our vacation perfect!

Stayed 3 nights in a 2-bedroom apartment on the first floor. The apartment is spacious an ideal for a relaxing holiday. We had nice breakfast and drinks in the terrace overlooking the marina and yacht shipyards. The bed is comfortable and the place quiet which is very important for a nice sleep. The apartment is at walking distance from restaurants, shops, ATMs, sightseein spots. The parking is easy and Wifi works. When we arrived we had a homemade freshly baked Croatian cake waiting for us in our room. It was a very delicious addition to our coffee. A bonus is the diswasher that makes your holiday easier. The owners living downstairs are very helpful. Giving good advice and helping whenever they can. We had a misunderstanding in our reservation with booking.com. It was not a problem with the apartment or with the owner. It was just that we thought that there would be a washing machine in our room. The owners were quick in offering a very satisfactory solution which we greatly appreciated. In all a place to recommend. Clean, spacious, full of light and comfortable, ideal for an easy holiday in Krk and relationship price quality is reasonable. Only it is the first floor and there are some stairs but no major problem for normal mobility and even luggage.…
