Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The two major plus points for the Park Boutique Hotel are first, the very large windows in the dining area overlooking the park area provide excellent atmosphere for dining. Second, the outside seating area is next to the park, and the park, as it is right next to the hotel, provides great leisure in relaxing and enjoying seeing the park area. The hotel is very well managed, very clean, and provides a very good morning buffet. The hotel is located in an excellent area of accessibility to the city center and surrounding area, eg, the castle.

Needed to visit some new sites in Croatia and Slovenia so found myself in Varazdin. There was a "walking festival" on in the evening so the town and hotel were very busy but had a good atmosphere. Hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel is located in the centre of the town. Hotel is very modern with lots of wood in the interior. I was located in a "Park Room" which had a nice view of the local park, was large and spacious with plenty of storage, a big desk to work and great air conditioning. The bathroom was large, clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. The restaurant served good food and the bar had a nice selection of drinks. Breakfast was ok - small selection of cold meats, cheeses, breads and cakes. If I have to come to Varazdin again I will definitely stay at the Park Hotel.

Very nice modern hotel in the center of Varazdin. Rooms are big and very clean, staff very kind, breakfast ok ("klipici" are fresh made), tasty food, surround with park. Our rooms had terrible stairs. Only thing that you have to used to (and have nothing to do directly with hotel) is constant ringing of not one but 2 churches every 15 min!!!!) However, we will choose this hotel again

Park hotel really deserves all the stars possible. Ideal location, right next to the charming old town and very easy to find if renting a car. Also, the 12 parking places worked great, right outside of the hotel. The room was very spacious and kept very clean, like the hotel over all. The staff was very polite, professional and helpful. Breakfast buffet had everything you wished for. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was fantastic - the choices, presentation and the service all deserve a big recommendation. The hotel restaurant is also very popular for coffee, the bakery items looked amazing and the cafeteria was always full. Lovely stay and looking forward to the next visit.

This place is set in a park. The dining patio looks upon the park, which makes it a fantastic place to have any meal, including the breakfast, which was included in our room price. The hotel is stylish and well-appointed. It has many five-star ratings here on TA, but here are the reasons I feel it only deserves four: 1. The internet provided is dead-slow. Sometimes almost stopped. So when I complained about this on check-out, I was told that if I had complained about it earlier, they could have given me the password for the faster one. I did not ask if the faster one is free, but I certainly would have considered a charge, so I could actually use it. IT was SO slow that I could not load maps. 2. There is only one plug in the room that doesn't have a lamp plugged in. Since the rooms are dark, you need all of them plugged in. 3. My friends in the next room complained that one of their lights wasn't working. Management knew. It wasn't about the lamp, it was the plug that wasn't working. In rooms with WAY too few plugs that are dark, you need all the plugs and lights to be working. They offered them another room (but who knows what would be discovered not to be working in the replacement room?) I think the architectural excellence of

My wife and I stayed 2 nights, arriving by rental car at 1 PM and parking in front of this modern hotel framed in rusted iron. A friendly receptionist checked our passports, then provided a room card, map and breakfast information. A single elevator accessed the 1st floor, then a short walk to #14. A long shelf unit with a small wall TV (Bloomberg/CNN/BBC and others in English) faced the comfortable queen. The mini bar was next to the large closet and 2 chairs were near the window wall which had a quiet park view. The fully outfitted bathroom had instant hot water but the shower was awkward, in the front of the narrow sloping bathtub. One morning had many awakening church bells at 5:30 AM, the next morning was quiet. The 6:30 AM breakfast buffet in the hotel’s restaurant was very good and extensive but one morning the tray of fried eggs, small omelets, veggies and meats were cold as the covered dish was not heated. This 19 room hotel was an excellent choice to walk to the sights of this Tentative UNESCO town center, although a bit expensive, costing $230 for 2 nights.

Hotel room was spacious and very clean. The only thing missing was a balcony, because the hotel overlooks very beautiful park. Hotel is in the part of the old city centre and everything you need is within a few min of walking. Restaurant is baking each morning its own "varazdinski klipic" which is in EU protected as authentic product. Regardless great "varazdinski klpic", hotel restaurant has a good menu (in case you decide to dine in a hotel) with several vegetarian options (which is not so easy to find in Varazdin).

I wasn’t staying in a hotel, I was just passing by and I saw the hotel, went to check their menu and saw they have vegetarian and vegan options so that was a huge yes for me! We were sitting on the terrace, the view we had was relaxing and nice, the service was great and the food was brilliant; I had risotto with tofu and cheese and it cannot be described with words how tasty it was and my friend had gluten free recipe, rice noodles with vegetables and that was amazing as well. Ratio of the ambience, service, food and prices is more than perfect. Highly recommend!

Seats outside. We stay for two nights, last night was a little bit noise due to wedding and birthday parties and we are contributing with 20 % discount of price. Anyhow we recommend that hotel for pleasant visits, especially during summer holidays.
